!!!SPOILERS FOR THE FINAL MISSION!!!! In the Horizon HQ mission, at the rooftop fight, you can actually listen the process of how they get the brains. You can hear the lead doctor saying "we ran out of anesthesia"(something like that) and then use some sort of saw-powered tool to cut the brain open *while the donor's are still awake*. Because of that, they scream on top of thier lungs in agony. Since then, I can still hear their screams whenever I listen to Horizon Hail Mary... (btw the voice lines can be heard near Anton's bed)
That mf be listening to that shit like audible ASMRs, ain’t no way Horizon is a multimillion probable company and can’t afford to put some dudes to sleep (I don’t blame them, its evil.)

i love how some of these are just Trepang2 gameplay, because sometimes nothing can portray the feeling of Trepang2 better than Trepang2.
