I’ve lost 8 lbs in 2 days on my first .25mg injection. I’m 5ft and went from 175 to 167. That’s uncomfortably fast but I assume it will slow down. I haven’t had any side effects but I had gastroparesis bad beforehand, so I’m used to the things. I will add, I eat 16/8 with food from noon to 8 pm. Noon is a high protein ensure. I eat a handful of nuts and cheese, cottage cheese, or homemade yogurt. Dinner is light but lean meat, greens with lemon and olive oil. Sometimes it’s soup and multigrain crackers and cheese. The calorie count is 900-1200. Lots of water.

Physical therapy can usually get rid of certain causes of dizziness. Make sure you see a specialist for dizziness. Not just your primary doctor.
