The last green dabs on top were magic.

Good to hear 😀
This is a tutorial that I will watch again and again. So much useful information. I especially love the effect of the salt on the leaves and the bluebells. Thank you!
That is really nice to hear, I appreciate your feedback 😀
Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. So much information! It will be one I come back to many times as I try my hand at painting trees!
Thank you….lovely feedback 💕
Wendy, I love how you approached this painting. I never would have thought to do that; we're told to paint from back forward. I so appreciate this tutorial and I think I 'll give it a try!!! It's beautiful! 😊
Very pleased you found it useful, enjoy painting your own 💕
Very pretty! Great tips for simplifying. I have a hard time with that.
Thank you for the feedback 😀

A lovely painting Wendy, thank-you so much.
a great tutorial inspiring thank you
Thank you for the feed back 😀
This is gorgeous, Wendy! As soon as you began painting in the tree trunks...boom!..It all came to life! I also really love what the salt did for the bluebell areas. Such a pretty painting!
Thank you….yes it comes together then doesn’t it……you have to be patient 😀💕
Your tutorials are well worth wighing for I love the way you explain everything in depth you just make me to just have go and I do thank you so much
Well thank you 😀👍
Very nice!
Thank you 😀👍
This is so fresh and lovely, Wendy. My garden here in Kent is looking similar, those lovely almost lime green leaves on trees and bushes and the sudden burst of colour, Spanish Squill, pale pink Hellebore and lovely pale yellow primroses. I love spring. Your painting is the epitomy of our English springtime, lovely.
Thankyou…lovely feedback 😃💕
Such a lovely approach to painting bluebell woods. Although I've only seen photos of English woods in Spring, I saw bluebells on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia last week and am inspired to paint them --especially after watching your video. So helpful --loved the suggestions about approaches to using reference photos. Thanks very much, Wendy!
I am very glad you found it useful. I hope you enjoy painting your own bluebells. I have been very surprised to hear that some people have never seen them 😀💕
So beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful tutorial. I can’t wait to try it
Enjoy and thank you for the feedback 😀👍
Good to hear….enjoy 😃
Really enjoyed this one Wendy,
some lovely bright greens and
good textures.
I feel I must have a go.
Thank you
Thank you…..hope you enjoy 😀💕
That is so pretty! You always do such a lovely job.
Thank you 🙂
This wonderful and very useful.. I always avoided painting busy scenes like this but I am confident enough now to try.. 👍
That is very nice to hear 😀👍
Lovely, I enjoyed this tutorial so much, you give interesting and helpful commentary that is really helpful. Thank you 😊
Good to hear…thank you for your feedback 😀
This is so beautiful! I have just 1 question, did you remove the salt between the drying layers or all at once at the end?
Good question 😀 I removed any that was left at the end 😄
Thank you so much! I can’t wait to give this a try.
Hi. This is really nice but why do you prefer sponge over brush?
Hi….I don’t prefer the sponge, in fact I have never liked it much 😀 just recently I had another go and made marks that were interesting to me. I am using a combination of brush and sponge at the moment depending on the subject. Always good to experiment…😄
