Kind of growing tired and annoyed of the old caramine family story in gears of war. I love the carmines just like any other gears fan but what gears 5 did by killing off another carmine(lizzy) just made it look like they were doing it because other gears of war games did it and gears 5 wanted to be just as popular as those old games. Gears 5, in other words, wanted to fit in with the other gears of war games in the original gears trilogy but failed terribly imo. I hope we get a unique carmine story where carmine becomes a secondary main character and we finally get to see a face reveal before the end of this gears trilogy.
This is just my opinion Lizzie should have not died in gear of war 5 that’s my opinion she could’ve been a squad mate and she could’ve lived through the six game. I don’t even know that other combine character from the fourth game alive. I don’t think he’s not dead because I didn’t see his body I know he could still be alive somewhere.
