Facts. What's even better is if I need to know a specific thing I can pretty much pinpoint when he will discuss it in every single video. Which you have no idea how helpful that is. I've literally been at a sneaker store or about to pull the trigger on deal online and needed quick, concise information on a shoe such as sizing or build/materials. SeanGo content was always clutch. But other channels, no hate, but I'd have to sit through a whole video waiting for sizing information only for it to be barely mentioned or forgotten. There's countless sneakers centric channels and while alot of them make good content I only tune in to about 5-8 on a consistent to semi consistent basis. SG is definitely in that rotation.

Agree with the points you made in the video: quality and the updated shape was on point, but many (including me) suffered inconsistent craftsmanship issues. My particular pair had a lot of glue stains. Yes it’s mass produced but for $200+ it’s becoming increasingly difficult to justify purchasing unless it’s purely for nostalgic purposes only. At least Nike made enough of these bad boys. Haven't seen anyone who wanted them missing out so far. Nike QC is going to be Nike QC though. It took me 3 pairs to get a good pair of Desert Elephants, and 2 pairs for these.

These look great, but disappointing to hear about the craftsmanship. It’s been why I’ve picked up more NB this year than any other brand 😂. Do you find 3s cut/rub into your Achilles when walking? I don’t know if it’s me but my AMM3s and even more worn in BC3s are starting to which is why I’m on the fence with the FR3s

I ordered mine on the snkrs app, My Nike tag was a bit faded, laces were a bit dirty , and the paint job wasn’t perfect, overall still think it’s a fire shoe
I had the original fire red 3's back in 88 but passed on the 07 & 13 pairs since they were not close to the og version. I was so happy to cop these 2022 pairs and mine were on point, no noticable flaws. Great video and review!😁👍

At first I was disappointed because of the lighter elephant print, but I'm super happy with how they turned out. Something about staying true to the OG sneaker.
I think what my favorite part about this shoe is its history and now history repeats itself. Was able to pick up these in store for retail and hitting on snkrs app. So doubling up on these without paying resale makes me feel young again. And luckily quality is A1 for my pairs!
This was one of my most anticipated pairs of the year as well. I wasn't able to cop a pair when they originally dropped in '88 (I'm dating myself). I was hoping you'd be reviewing them. I too have noticed a dip in quality in various Jordans. Last years UNC 1 (my pair has a glue stain on the one of the toes), UNC 6, several pairs of dunks and the Military 4s in both my pair and my wife's pair had glue on them. We were able to clean all of them up except the UNC 1. My Fire Red 3s thankfully were good. Beautiful shoe and happy to add it to my OG collection.

Great video Sean! I completely agree with you on the quality or lack thereof when it came to these. I know inconsistencies happen on mass produced sneakers like this one, but Nike has to step it up man. Paying $210 plus tax, you would think the QC would be a lot better. I had to wait 2 weeks and a half to get my pair. Mine were almost perfect except for my right shoe. The Nike Air tab on it was slightly lower than the left. Only reason I’m not complaining about it is because my pair were perfect everywhere else and it was exactly how I wanted them so I can live with it. Keep up the great work bro! ✊🏾
This QC issue is going to make life impossible for legit checkers: the sheer variation in leather quality and the elephant print height you state will set off alarm bells. If people have to take into account all the QC faults, then lots of fakes will get through the checks...
Bro, it's funny that you mentioned the craftsmanship issues, because I also got 3 pairs of the Fire Red 3s and wanted to stick with 2 (doubling up on this)! I usually pay attention to details, but seeing the inconsistencies across each shoe makes it more harder to decide which to return. Well done with your review!
I got the denim 3’s a few years ago which are kinda similar. The elephant print on these are soooooo much better, and the nike air on the back just tops it all off. Can’t beat a classic

The 07 fire red 3 was also my 1st AJ3! My mom surprised me one day with the last size 10 from footlocker she went and got while I was at school. And she knows nothing about shoes so she had to figured that all out by paying attention and I what I had told her about them in passing . Very happy to add these to my collection again

I personally didn't had any craftmanship issues, no glue stains or scratches. But indeed for 200, its not good to see so many different issues.

Yessir. Had to cop. My favorite og Jordan 3 cw. My first pair of fire red 3’s were the 2007 retros as well. Also had the 2013’s but, ended up giving them to Mg brother .
Glad that I wasn’t the only one who noticed the leather issues. The consistency between left and right were way off. One was tumbled the other was smooth. Crazy about the logo being crooked!
The quality control issue he speaks off happened to me on the elephant print , where it looked like right shoes print was not fully pressed on or missing , so i had to return mine , got another better quality pair at the store but watch out for these , if you get a nice pair , you will love them , they are great , just double check them
Was looking forward to this video. Release was smooth for me and I’m extremely happy to have these to use as a new daily sneaker, but I just wish QC was slightly better. Gonna be very tough to beat these out for sneaker of the year, I’ll need to have those lost and found chicagos in hand to make a call there.

Depends, I am a size 11 on Jordan 1’s and 4’s. I went with a a size up on my pair.the front toe box being in the old style I recommend going tts for a nice secure fitment.
Although this is a classic i passed on these retros. i prefer the black and white cements over the fire reds. cant wait for the white cements to release.

I just got my pair in yesterday and I'm awestruck. I lucked out on QC since mine are flawless. The 2022 Fire Red 3s will be remembered.
If I got three pairs, I would kept all three even with visible flaws as long as it doesn't affect comfort. I would just wear them myself.
