On your next trip to Honolulu and you have a rental car, try the pies at the Hawaiian Pie Company. They have a very warm family history and their pies are so delicious! Kind of pricey but worth it. You can't go wrong with any of the pie flavors - just get what you are in the mood for. They have regular size and little mini pies so you can try a variety. I love your vlogs - my travels now are through watching your adventures now that my travels plans are on hold due the pandemic.

You brought back a lot of memories haven't been to Hawaii in 40 years we were stationed at Barbers Point my daughter was handicapped and she was one years old and used to go to school right by Diamond Head so I would drive her every morning I would drop her off and then bum around Honolulu for about 4 hours a day then go back to the school and help feed my daughter since she had cerebral palsy I was only 22 then one one time after I dropped her off at school my girlfriend from college was there to visit us and we had on Detroit Tigers hat sign and happened to see Tom Selleck at a gas station where he was filming we were across the street and he just kept waving and couldn't believe that he seen people of tiger hats on what's a good memory sorry this was so long
@@billandlisa they used to have a hotel for the military only called the halekoa right on Waikiki Beach we stayed there a couple times they had the best french onion soup and an English muffin with crab and melted cheese over oh my God it was so good and the hotel was just like any Resort on the beach

Another great video! My viewing observations - when you were tasting the sauces for the butterfish and tried the greenish sauce, and was trying to think of what it tasted like - I said out loud ‘pea soup’ and then you said ‘pea soup’. I think we are twins 😀. Or we’ve watched ‘The Exorcist’ several times 😎. And then you tasted the spicy sauce and said ‘this will put hair on your chest’. Did you glance over at Bill?! JK - the food looked delicious and very well documented - you all are naturals at this.
Loved this video. Reminds us of a night last June where we did Joe’s at Caesars, Chica at Venetian and finished at Mott 32! 2-4 dishes at each place and drinks. Everything looked great!
