- I made it in air fryer (link beacons.page/albert_cancook). Mode bake - 375F - about 45 min.
Ingredients
2 lb chicken thighs , skinless and boneless
Marinade:
1 cup plain yoghurt
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (for 🌶)
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
For sauce
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice from half of lemon
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper
Serve
Lavash
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Red onion
