I switched to Avocado oil mayo when I changed my eating habits because it's healthier fats. I was at Whole Foods looking for something my regular grocery store didn't carry, and came across the avo mayo at a rather pretentious price. A few months later I found a much cheaper brand available at my grocery store.
One thing you may have missed on the Avocado Mayo is that it wont break down so fast on a heated item, like toast, you put regular mayo on toast and it turns to oil, the avocado mayo will not break down and holds up great to heat, so it should shine on sushis with grilled mayo on top and other heated mayo dishes.
