These are a great machine. excellent for doing doors, frames ect... really low over spray so can be used most places, very easy to wash out as well which also makes it practical on many jobs.

With the FC3500, do I need to thin typical Australian acrylic paint? if so by how much? the manual doesn't mention needing to thin at all..
Can you spray enamel paint through this or no? I like my doors done in enamel.

Looks like the gun spits on either side of the fan. I have seen this on other Wagner spray guns. Don’t know why it does this.
Paint on the tip when you release the trigger. When you start again it blows it off so keep it off the object at the beginning. Or wipe it off before you go again.
What's the difference between xvlp and hvlp? Look the same to me

HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) and XVLP (Extra Volume Low Pressure) are both the same technology. The difference being that the XVLP FC3500 has a more powerful turbine which means it's capable of spraying higher viscosity/thicker paints and is able to provide a finer atomisation. Wagner Australia has a more powerful turbine than what? What stage turbine is on this machine as I can guarantee it's not more powerful than my Fuji 5 stage HVLP, which is about 3 times faster spraying than that XVLP.
Very poor end result, didn't do sanding??
Also better no music, as we cannot hear the sprayer how much noise it makes...
Made sure he had a mask and safety goggles then didn’t use them while working until half way through 🤔😂
oh you would have been so much better off painting with a brush...you would have to spend a tremendous amount of time very carefully masking everything off...and how can you paint it shut?

1:06. Wagnar tip pops up. Looks very unprofessional when youre big company and your editing crew cant spot the spelling mistake of a simple word "attachment". Proofing your videos etc makes a difference. Side note: i have this gun and iv found it easy to use

Wow, you chime on his misspelling and then you make some. I doubt you even know which words you messed up. I will show you the proper spelling. I've Short for I have. Wagner not Wagnar. Oh, and don't forget to use a capital I not i. You are or you're, not youre. Oh, and where is your period at the end of your sentence? Then there is your etc. and can't. I see another, but I believe I have made my point.
To paint a front door using that technique is absolute nonsense , I'm furious , the door will be left with a white mark all around the edges where it has been painted shut and to touch it in with a brush afterwards either when wet or dry would show a contrast .... everydays a school day .
Keeping the door in whilst painting the rest of the side windows and architraves made sense in this situation as it negated the need for masking around the door frame. Once the outside is done, removing the door and spraying out the edges to match is a quick and easy step.
1 , that would leave a contrast
2, you would have to open the door fully and start masking/ protecting interior walls
3 , overspray would spray on to the interior side of the door which would probably be white as opposed to black
4, it never showed you doing that in the video and was misleading.

I'm not going to argue with you - we're just trying to show the finish and ease of application that our sprayer provides. There are many ways to skin a cat, and it sounds like you've got a method that works well for you, which is great. Happy painting!

These Wagner demonstrations always spraying black paint is pretty chicken shit when we all want to see if it puts out enough after reviewers indicate 'maybe not'
