    Yogas the shit. Do it all the time. Couple it with mediation too and you’ll be laser focused in the ring, trust me!

    I do strength and conditionning 4x a week, muay thai 3x a week, and this has kicked my ass like nothin else

    How often would you recommend doing this for and do I need to warm up for this? I'm looking to combat my tight hips

      Regular weekly routines like this should help hip tightness. I recommend following other videos as well to mix up the flows.. I have some more videos like this on my channel plus other general "power yoga" videos are great as well!
