just do it like lee priest...eat healthy foods mixed together with junkier food...like oatmeal + a piece of cake...or chicken, rice, vegetables + icecream....or steak with potatoes + muffin...it´s sooo easy!
15kcals/pound is what I begin prep on and I drop fat pretty fast. I have to go up to at least 20/pound in the off season.
Bingo! 15kcals x weight is exactly what I am at.
