The road block must have been orchestrated by the OCG. It was the perfect excuse to go off road and get to the switch car without the police seeing it was planned.

God damn what an ending, one of the first times in ages where I’ve actually screamed in reaction to a TV show. I’m happy to see the Pilot take a bullet, his actions from the start have always been selfish and self indulgent, more importantly who the hell is this woman?! At first I thought she might’ve been an air Marshall or something but that theory immediately went out the window. This last episode is going to be hectic! I feel like the plane won’t land and will crash somewhere but I’m hoping the passengers fight back, I’ve never cared for fictional characters more than the ones in this show. Every single cast member on the plane is great, the characters on the ground are kind of bland and self indulgent but they provide a great juxtaposition to the events in the air.
Most passengers read that note about acting, yet no one does anything when the fight breaks out, that was the perfect opportunity for everyone to stand up and attack the hijackers.
Unarmed people vs 4(5) armed individual. Sure they could get 1 or 2, but how many deaths will occur? They had a plan, but not a set time or signal. Yes they were waiting, but with no expectation of to wait for.

The piolt did not act immediately and go to the cokpit which was somehow unrealistic. The passengers were not all collborative, just like the one who had eye glasses which also shows the diversity of human nature : courage, fear, selfishness,....etc. I believe there will be a second season for this as it doesn't show any ending coming soon.
Good observation, I did sense the lady in sunglasses was apprehensive on being contacted via coconut water bottle to reduce exposure risk onto herself. I doubt there will be a 2nd season though, if it does i don't think itll involve an airplane anymore as theres probably a ceiling to what they can do even writers.
My theory- lady at the end is a secret hijacker, added in as a contingency plan. So is man that carried briefcase (although he might only have been tasked with carrying the weapons). Edgar set up the roadblock as decoy and is activating another plan by texting NOW to the woman after the original hijackers took too long to send 2nd photo. She has some sort of pilot training and will pick up the convicts and fly them to freedom in non-extradition country. Not sure what will happen with the passengers though.

I agree to the ‘holes’ in the plot. I also think it strange that the captain did not run towards the cabin and locked the door as soon as things start to shake up. He could probably shake things up a good bit behind the sticks. I think it would be interesting if a pilot could say what he thinks about the plot. I am not a pilot, but I think there might be some things that is not accurate(and that is perhaps done intantionally). The point with this is probably that the door have to be negotiated up.
You must understand the captain character. He’s a adulter who’s also a coward. He beat up his co Pilot for one women so the hijacker could enter the cockpit risking everyone on board lives. He’s selfish. He’s was hesitant because he had fear. He wasn’t a hero type nor the brave type
from a student pilot alot of the procedures are inaccurate but it is great for the non pilot view point, keeps everything tense and on edge, when realistically, the plane would be on the ground by episode 1, the series is very entertaining though

I think she was a part of the plan but the hijackers didn’t know about her. I also think there are more on there working for Edgar, Including the one who didn’t take the bottle and maybe the man with the record that’s next to the family. I think the hijackers potentially messed up and now one has to go.

I would call the twist coincidental. Imagine if the hijackers are standing at their stations while she received the text. I wonder if she would still kill the pilot and barge through the hijacker in the front and shut herself inside the cockpit...but something tells me she is the real threat/terrorist on the plane. Lady show no hesitation shooting someone in the head, more balls than anyone on that plane.
the agency has two more people on the plan. one was revealed during the episode. The lady with glasses that refused to partake in the sharing of the carton juice box and the old guy sat near the front near the group of guys that stabbed the other brother.
I must say this is one of the best programmes I've watched recently. The fact they killed a key character: the pilot after giving a sort-of backstory and with no remorse was amazing
I'm hoping the passengers will be able to transfer to flight 828 and go back to a time before they board the plane but heed numerous warnings not to board. In REALITY...it's all connected!
Did anyone else notice that the new hijacker (revealed this ep) - is the same woman Sam comforts in Episode 1? It's also in the trailer. She's crying and Sam asks if she has family in a normal reassuring voice. Then he lowers his voice and looks directly at her and says something to the effect of "our only job is to get through this". Wondering if this will later be important if we get another twist in the finale.
So the exact words in a very serious and far less reassuring voice from Sam to the woman crying/new Hijacker were "We've got one job to do right now, just get through it for them."
Wait... how do you know that the new female hijacker was not a part of the original hijackers the whole time? Unless I missed something, there was nothing happening on screen that said to me she was a lone wolf. At first, I thought she was an undercover Marshall at first. How did she get a real gun with real bullets on board? Also, lets not forget that in the first 5 mins of ep 1 Idris Elba gets a man running late on the plane. And later a hijacker took a gun from his bag. So that late guy in involved some how.
The assumption that this lady wasn't part of the 5 hijackers is because of the shock and surprise on Stuart's face when the bullet went off - he was not expecting anyone at all to shoot, even those hijackers with blanks. Secondly, Edgar messaged Stuart for a second photo - too much time passed and Edgar then texted that woman 'Now' - clearly, it seems, a back up to make sure threats are followed through.

Lewis and Stuart's father was killed before, to make a point. This lady probably a hitman who was planted into this plane without these hijackers knowing.
The man running late didn’t have a gun in that bag but did have the live bullets when Stuart rushed to change out his blanks. They keep showing that guy too so I’m waiting for him to get back involved in this
I think, she might be the actual leader of the hijackers. Maybe she just wanted to see if Stewart had everything under control. And if things got out of hand, she takes control. That, or she's commiting suicide. Either way, she got herself locked in the cockpit, so this only tenses things up way more than it already did. We lost the captain. And now the question is, how are they gonna get that cockpit door open? Even if she's plummeting the plane to the ground? How are they gonna stop her? God this show is just AMAZING. Actual thrill. Incredible acting performance. All across the board, one of the best shows Ive seen in a while. Can't wait for finale!!
Am really hoping for an all out fight between the passengers and the attackers - they got all their weapons at the ready for nothing! My theory is that they will overthrow the hijackers but the sleepers will awaken They are - man with the bag (we know this already) - maybe the vicar and his wife? Remember when they wanted to sit in business? And she had a hostile but bizarre interaction to the other man in coach
The show (especially this episode) is so fast paced it’s hard to keep up on all the details. You did a great job at summarizing and explaining each scene. I didn’t even realize the woman who shot the pilot received that text from Edgar.
Did anybody see Idris with no cuffs when he holds the pen and then a few minutes later it shows him cutting his cuffs off before the hijacker is gonna shoot the lady lol. I hate bad editing moments like that

If I remember right the guy with the beard talking to the police officer at the crash blocking the road is the same guy we saw in a photo at Elaines (hijackers mum) house. So does that mean he was there to block them to stop them or is it all part of there master plan to drive pass the rail track to switch, if so why would Edgar phone Daniel to say he set it up, when it was his plan? or was some else trying to stop them?

The journalists phone was taken away so that there is no recording of the conversation. That recording could have been used for voice recognition and could help to identify the person.

@@EA-hz9mgEver since 9/11 cockpits are designed to be literally impenetrable. Basically, they have locking mechanisms so no one could break in no matter how hard they tried. So the plane never would have been hijacked if the pilot hadn’t unlocked the cockpit door earlier when they threatened to kill his girlfriend. So if he got back in the cockpit and locked it, at the very least they would have control of where the plane goes/if it lands.
I think that pilot was scared of the hijacker killing passengers so there for he hesitated, they would have probably started with the girl that he was close with and continued until he opened the door

I had suspected a sleeper terrorist onboard that would be introduced either this episode or next. And I had guessed they would be a pilot. Still, the episode produced great drama leading up to the final minute. "ready to shake things up" Can't wait till next episode although most penultimate episodes tend to be better than the finale.
My theory the lady is also one of the hijackers. Probably the tatoo guy as well and maybe another one. In case if the plan fail. Edgar hired other hidden hijackers. He had probably keep the hijackers family as hostages. Remember what Elaine said they live on the street those people are very serious. Why did she kill the pilot? She's one of them for 100%. I was kind of expecting a disguised bad guy on the plane for some reason. Im assuming she was plan b that even stew didnt know. Now im wondering how they gonna explain who she really is, how she got gun with bullets and whats the end game here. Like they showed before it was blanks and stew had to reload with real ones assuming it was both a saftey thing like not blowing out a window, not getting caught by passengers and used against them etc. but she just had her gun in her purse with atleast one bullet loaded to kill the captain. Also yeah the son going downstairs was kinda dumb. Like did i miss a scene wheres his phone at hes young kids carry their phones everywhere now. The house is like two stories tall and he seems fit enough to climb out from the second floor go to a neighbours or something and contact that way. Drone camera also must be shit that picture quality they were getting was so bad like cmon now a dji drone has better cams than that. I knew once they went through the trees they ditched. That being said, he fully showed himself to a well known political figure in the middle of the street in a previous episode, so I find it hard to believe that the government wasn’t already aware and attempting to track him. The guy with the plastic bag is the only one with a criminal record on the plane. Was just released from prison. Obviously he is very violent and I always expected him to do something like this.

I would call the twist coincidental. Imagine if the hijackers are standing at their stations while she received the text. I wonder if she would still kill the pilot and barge through the hijacker in the front and shut herself inside the cockpit...but something tells me she is the real threat/terrorist on the plane. Lady show no hesitation shooting someone in the head, more balls than anyone on that plane.

the agency has two more people on the plan. one was revealed during the episode. The lady with glasses that refused to partake in the sharing of the carton juice box and the old guy sat near the front near the group of guys that stabbed the other brother.

I must say this is one of the best programmes I've watched recently. The fact they killed a key character: the pilot after giving a sort-of backstory and with no remorse was amazing
I'm hoping the passengers will be able to transfer to flight 828 and go back to a time before they board the plane but heed numerous warnings not to board. In REALITY...it's all connected!
Did anyone else notice that the new hijacker (revealed this ep) - is the same woman Sam comforts in Episode 1? It's also in the trailer. She's crying and Sam asks if she has family in a normal reassuring voice. Then he lowers his voice and looks directly at her and says something to the effect of "our only job is to get through this". Wondering if this will later be important if we get another twist in the finale.
So the exact words in a very serious and far less reassuring voice from Sam to the woman crying/new Hijacker were "We've got one job to do right now, just get through it for them."

Unless I missed something, there was nothing happening on screen that said to me she was a lone wolf.
At first, I thought she was an undercover Marshall at first. How did she get a real gun with real bullets on board?
Also, lets not forget that in the first 5 mins of ep 1 Idris Elba gets a man running late on the plane. And later a hijacker took a gun from his bag. So that late guy in involved some how.
The assumption that this lady wasn't part of the 5 hijackers is because of the shock and surprise on Stuart's face when the bullet went off - he was not expecting anyone at all to shoot, even those hijackers with blanks.
Secondly, Edgar messaged Stuart for a second photo - too much time passed and Edgar then texted that woman 'Now' - clearly, it seems, a back up to make sure threats are followed through.
@@1KPTube These hijackers didn't know because they are pawns. They were forced to do this, if they haven't done it, their family would have been killed. Lewis and Stuart's father was killed before, to make a point. This lady probably a hitman who was planted into this plane without these hijackers knowing.
The man running late didn’t have a gun in that bag but did have the live bullets when Stuart rushed to change out his blanks. They keep showing that guy too so I’m waiting for him to get back involved in this
The guy Sam got the ground staff women to let on the flight was the father of the security women in Dubai airport.
I think, she might be the actual leader of the hijackers. Maybe she just wanted to see if Stewart had everything under control. And if things got out of hand, she takes control.
That, or she's commiting suicide.
Either way, she got herself locked in the cockpit, so this only tenses things up way more than it already did. We lost the captain. And now the question is, how are they gonna get that cockpit door open? Even if she's plummeting the plane to the ground? How are they gonna stop her?
God this show is just AMAZING. Actual thrill. Incredible acting performance. All across the board, one of the best shows Ive seen in a while. Can't wait for finale!!

The show (especially this episode) is so fast paced it’s hard to keep up on all the details. You did a great job at summarizing and explaining each scene. I didn’t even realize the woman who shot the pilot received that text from Edgar.

Did anybody see Idris with no cuffs when he holds the pen and then a few minutes later it shows him cutting his cuffs off before the hijacker is gonna shoot the lady lol. I hate bad editing moments like that

If I remember right the guy with the beard talking to the police officer at the crash blocking the road is the same guy we saw in a photo at Elaines (hijackers mum) house. So does that mean he was there to block them to stop them or is it all part of there master plan to drive pass the rail track to switch, if so why would Edgar phone Daniel to say he set it up, when it was his plan? or was some else trying to stop them?

The journalists phone was taken away so that there is no recording of the conversation. That recording could have been used for voice recognition and could help to identify the person.

@@EA-hz9mgEver since 9/11 cockpits are designed to be literally impenetrable. Basically, they have locking mechanisms so no one could break in no matter how hard they tried. So the plane never would have been hijacked if the pilot hadn’t unlocked the cockpit door earlier when they threatened to kill his girlfriend. So if he got back in the cockpit and locked it, at the very least they would have control of where the plane goes/if it lands.

The shocking ending to episode 6 reminded me of the ending to episode 2 of ‘Utopia’ with Sasha Lane.Totally unexpected.
I had suspected a sleeper terrorist onboard that would be introduced either this episode or next. And I had guessed they would be a pilot. Still, the episode produced great drama leading up to the final minute. "ready to shake things up" Can't wait till next episode although most penultimate episodes tend to be better than the finale.
My theory the lady is also one of the hijackers. Probably the tatoo guy as well and maybe another one. In case if the plan fail. Edgar hired other hidden hijackers. He had probably keep the hijackers family as hostages. Remember what Elaine said they live on the street those people are very serious. Why did she kill the pilot? She's one of them for 100%. Maybe i'm wrong. Can't wait to see the final episode.

I believe the phone was taken from the journalist, so that he doesn't record their discussion, and was returned to him when the conversation between them was ended.
I was kind of expecting a disguised bad guy on the plane for some reason. Im assuming she was plan b that even stew didnt know. Now im wondering how they gonna explain who she really is, how she got gun with bullets and whats the end game here. Like they showed before it was blanks and stew had to reload with real ones assuming it was both a saftey thing like not blowing out a window, not getting caught by passengers and used against them etc. but she just had her gun in her purse with atleast one bullet loaded to kill the captain. Also yeah the son going downstairs was kinda dumb. Like did i miss a scene wheres his phone at hes young kids carry their phones everywhere now. The house is like two stories tall and he seems fit enough to climb out from the second floor go to a neighbours or something and contact that way. The scissors was idk maybe ge did get it from the first aid not sure. Theyre doing alot less showing and not telling right now. The cops tailing that head gang guy was so dumb. Drone camera also must be shit that picture quality they were getting was so bad like cmon now a dji drone has better cams than that. I knew once they went through the trees they ditched. First 3 episodes was interesting, last few was getting tense but all of a sudden its getting really dumb this episode pulling shit out of their ass idk really annoyed for some reason this episode. Its fine just getting tismy now

So, I think the phone was taken away on the off chance he would be recording and the suit didn’t want to have his specific voice recorded as they could track him. That being said, he fully showed himself to a well known political figure in the middle of the street in a previous episode, so I find it hard to believe that the government wasn’t already aware and attempting to track him.
I’m confused about the guy with the plastic bag… I feel like he’s another secret hijacker.. along with the business man… like maybe their jobs are to take out the hijackers and kill everyone on board to cover up everything?

Plastic bag guy is the convicted felon. He's probably accustomed to fighting after being in prison for so long, thus he feels less afraid to take the hijackers head on.
I want to why instead of calling the police, his son didn’t just climb out the window and go to a neighbors house that would make sense not to try to sneak into the laundry room right next to the killers and try making phone calls. It makes no sense.
