I enjoy that Rocket Mortgage is giving a prize that is roughly the same amount an American family needs to make yearly to buy a house. If that’s not irony I don’t know what is.
Justin Lower +320 for top 20 finish on FD… He does well in these lesser tournaments and +10000 for round leader in round 1….Strokes gained approach is big here and he is 26th on tour for that and he is 29th in first round scoring average so I will be putting some money on these two bets for him
Fired off a bunch of 100-1ish outrights on Monday morning (Wallace, Olesen, Knapp, Hadley and Lower). So I made more outrights than normal but they were smaller bets and I was pleased to hear you both say that anyone could win. Might add Cam Davis and Bobby Mac.

I like Nick's Canadian theme but not for a win. I'm going with a guy from the USA in Cam Young. His 3rd round last week with 7b and 2 eagles caught my eye and he too was T2 in '22 with Pendrith and Cantlay runners up to Finau and that was the only other time he played in this tournament. His previous start that year was in "The Open" where he finished 2nd runner up to Cam Smith. I mention that because last week he finished T9 1 stroke behind Finau and Cantlay but this week there is no Smith, Finau or Canlay and his OWGR tops Pendrith as it did in '22, Pendrith finished T23 last week. Andy your 1st darling pick was Duncan because of his previous 4 made cuts well I have one to in Troy Merritt he too made the cut his previous 4 w T17, T14, T2 and T8 and the tell tale sign he loves to play this course is the fact that last year previous to his T17 finish here he MC in the 14 tournaments leading up to the Rocket Mortgage. LOL ! P.S. I think Cam Young is going to get of to a good start which means a 1st round leader and if that happens he may not look back.
Well Nick I had Dornoch across the board in the Belmont and at 17/1 to win he paid $37.40 for a $2 ticket, nothing to sneeze at. I got Young at 16/1 on DK and FD to win and for 1st round leader he was 35/1 at both sites. Anyhow good luck this week !
Im betting the House on Kim winning Thursday the First Round. If you dont bet on him Thursday to win the first round, then I would suggest just taking that Money and throw it away.
