    I worked in TCS for a year and after resignation, the HR helped and guided me to in such a manner that every part of my income should be recovered once you leave the office. So I can say that my HR is supportive.

    Its wrong to say that HR or company cheats people in this case as it's clearly mentioned in offer & appointment letter that what is ctc, gross & what will be take home. Ab agar padhna bhi na aye to phir baat alag hai. And it's employee responsiblity to check every doubt before joining.

    I am working at HBA international pvt ltd(India)
    Which is MNC from USA.
    Location at Delhi.
    There have no any HR department, Is it legal?
    Because I thought without hr department how can you run a MNC company,
    Overall my concern is that on increment time there is no any meeting about that. They increase salary without discussion with employee’s. I want to case a file.
    Where I can put my voice???

      Office space rent cannot be treated as Indirect benefit as this is not for employee's personal use but for company purposes. Hence office space rent cannot be part of CTC.

    Sir me Gail India Ltd me ek contractor ke under me kam kar raha hu, aur wo apna PF 6 months se jama nhi kr rah he.. aur sir in-charge ko puchh ne se wo bol rehe he hojaega but jama nhi kr rah he. Hum ky action lenge ? Pls sir bataye...

    Sir company is not paying incentives as i have completed all the norms which us written. Now they send me notice regarding unethical job done by me as i have done nothing like that and followed all the rules made by them.

    Sir Maine Kisi company me 40 month तक work per मुझे full n final clearance भी नहीं मिला और pf का फॉर्म भर कर दे दिया बताया भी नहीं कि आप का pen, Adhar card and Bank account no veryfied है या नहीं पहले मुझे पता नहीं था तो मेरा टीडीएस लगभग 34000 कट गया

    मैं कॉन्ट्रैक्ट बेसिस में वर्क करता हूँ, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता मंत्रालय में | पिछले बार दिल्ली सरकार ने बोनस के लिए एक एडवाइजरी दी थी (dt. 18/10/2018) उस पर इस मंत्रालय ने बोनस दिया जाये या नहीं इस के लिए फाइल को DOPT AND Ministry of LABOUR डिपार्टमेंट को भेजा था परन्तु इस पर कोई कार्यवाही होती नहीं दिख रही है | इस मंत्रालय में हमे दिल्ली सरकार का ही न्यूनतम वेतन दिया जा रहा है | हमे अब क्या करना चाहिए ? इस मामले को लगभग 6 महीने हो चुके है और किसी भी तरह का कोई जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है हमे कही से |

    Hello sir,
    I resigned to my previous company through email not in written way and also not served one month notice period. According to my appointment letter whether I have to serve one month notice period or pay one month salary but I denied to pay bcz of financial situation.
    Will they take any lagal action against me??
