This is the impromptu video I made of my CrossFit Coach Amanda Hardeman. I shot most of the footage Handheld and also used my Stabilizer from Newer. I wanted to make a fast paced video, so I had to film it accordingly for some seamless Transitions. Hope you enjoy!
