Mera ek problam, Pani girneka time drain valve automaticaly open hotha hai ,isliye Pani tub me nahi rehthahe . Problam solve karne keliye kya karna hai ?
Actually the drain valve is not getting shut fully cause there may be clogging or improper shutting of drain valve due to spring problem. You have to open the drain valve mechanism. Then only you will come to know

Sir, I have Panasonic 6.2 kg I have problem on leakage water from outlet I check seal/bush(water valve) is ok but it is smaller leaking in this seal/bush... How to solve problem... Can u suggest good one
Please check for any cracks on the rubber diaghpram. Particularly on the ring part and any scale on the valve seating
Hallow ,Yes it is fine your method is very soft and can learn and study correctly and easly.I cannot see this type of teaching before.our water leakage problem (inlet and out let works at same time) could be solved from this .Thanks and regards.If not solved ,again we watch this.

There may be clogging at drain seating area. That may be due to coins or kachara. First check the drain seating area. If required clean it throughly. Your problem will be solved
@@LambrettaRamesh I suspected it & you confirmed it so, cleaned the draiin settings.
What happened was the problem was 90% solved & I took the "coin" out.
It worked and thanks a lot
Yet, some water was draining so I called official whose charges + GST was too high...instead, I went to two local repair person, I was specific about
1. Rubber
2. Spring replacement
1 technician agreed on condition that this is the exact problem..I said yes! Purchased the set for 100 & told technician to just replace old one.
Problem 100% solved.

sir there problem in my automatic washing machine pcb board, when we give command the rinse functine so inspite of rinse the machine keep on drying continously , but in washing function it work perfectly, i think there is the problem of transistor BTA 204X 800c ?

My washing machine is whirpool 650h, i cleaned the drain pump, when we start a new washi cycle, its show FE, i.e the water is draining, the pump is opened,(the drain pump is getting stuck) is the pump is connected to the clutch, kindly advice

Please check for the proper shutting of drain valve and clear off the clogging if present in the drain valve seating area. If clogging is there then it will continuously drain water. I mean machine do not hold the water for washing. If drain valve spring get damaged then also the water will not hold in the machine. For spares please go to your nearest washing machine service center or private shops which deal with washing machine spare parts.

For refitting of drain valve back to washing machine drum outlet, which adhesive market brand is suitable ? Can Fevibond be used ? Thanks !
Please do not use any adhesive. Hose must be tight fit. If you use any adhesive it will stick and will be difficult to remove it when needed.

Please check at the valve seating area. You may check for coins or hair pins etc. If still leak. Then check for the damages on rubber diaphragm. If still leak then check for proper shutting of drain valve manually.

That mean the drain valve is not getting opened fully. Please check the spring and it's related mechanism for correct operation

We have same model washing machine at home the water is not outing in water drain motor sound is coming like tuk tuk tuk if Vipul by hand the water goes I think the water drain motor not working is it true

Understood. You may take help from elders. As per in normal condition. Sometimes it becomes difficult to open some parts due to Tightening by the equipment itself as the time equipment time increases. And also some parts are subjected to slippery due to water presence and contact for long time.
@@LambrettaRamesh I could not do and my machine is top loaded and to do that I horizontally kept the washing machine on the floor and bt still can't do so I left that and today morning I started the machine and some kind of loud noise is coming what to do

Water is not getting filled up please check for the inlet filter. It may be clogged. And the problem may be with incorrect operation of inlet valve also. Please don't forget to disconnect the power supply before you work. While operation water is getting drained mean the drain valve is not holding. You have to thoroughly check for any clogging or incorrect shutting of drain valve which is leading to drain the water from your washing machine. You may carry out the work as I have shown in the video for trouble shooting the problem. Thank you

It is bit difficult with bigger coins. But you can remove. Just use lengthy nose plier or equivalent like forceps 👍👍👍

Please tell me from where I can get spring which is inside the white pipe of rubber seal.
Please try at the service center. If not you have to manage from the old one. One tip I can give you. Is that please try from the scrap yard or junkyard near you. Another tip. If you have any spring makers near you. You can give the old one as a sample for making new one. I hope these points may help you. Thank you

Thanks for your video in Hindi explaining how to stop water leakage from drain valve of a washing machine. I am having BPL Top loaded Fully Automatic washing machine & facing same problem of water leakage through drain valve. After viewing your video I opened the back cover to view the drain valve,. I tried to open the PVC threaded cap of the valve seating part to take out spring loaded rubber part for cleaning. But the cap is very tight due to bore water salt & I am unable to open it. Pl. suggest how to open this tight cap easily by hand as shown in your video. I am sure you will suggest me the way to open the PVC cap on drain valve.

Please apply WD 40 first and then leave it for minimum 02 hours. After that tap gently around it. Then try to open. I hope this will work. If doesn't work please let me know

As suggested by you I have applied WD 40 spray & could open the threaded cap of the drain valve.. After taking out Rubber rubber part I found that the inside spring from the rubber part is broken into pieces due to rusting of the spring. I do not have spring sample to purchase it .How & where can I purchase the spring of the original size .BPL service center do not have suitable spring as this model is stopped .Please advise Thanks.

Then check for the availability of power supply to the motor. If you are not having experience on working washing machine circuit system. It is better to call a professional. For removing water taps, in some water taps it is 22 size and in some other types (Brass Body) it is 26 for plastic taps it is 21. But remember you can remove tap directly by using our hands. If you want to purchase spanner it is better to purchase adjustable spanner. Why because it will serve you for different sizes. Thank you
