I’ve criticised the 2024 a lot and fairly in some regards but I give credit to ini it’s a really fun plane and nothing exist like it that I’ve seen in any sim to this detail. Def a fun plane have not even tried the dirt strip aspects. I think this plane will be a big hit with the community with its flexible opps. As said flying airbuses makes this a lot easier
I'm an hour away from finishing a RKSI to EDDF flight in 2024 in the new 747-8F and smooth sailing so far, I did sleep for most of it, and came back to a working aircraft and sim.
I think the reason why the METAR shows at a different time is that the simulator uses the weather of the past 24 hours and therefore shows the METAR from the time your simulator is set to
@germano77rm I mean for my purposes I quite like it, because I mostly fly offline and therefore find it better to have weather based on the time my simulator is set to (so you don't have like the night temperatures when in your sim it's daytime). But especially for people on VATSIM it is terrible to not be able to have real live weather
Always a great watch. Infectious enthusiasm. I know its not you thing exactly but id love to see more helicopters and ga flights in the same style as these airliners
theres a large switch to the left of the exterior light switches that says nvg mode, if u operate that switch it automatically puts every light on the aircraft into nvg mode, its pretty cool irl, idk if it works in the sim tho
Normal SOP in the start up all of them in feather and when the 4 its AVAIL all to run. Another funny thing it’s that in the A400 the callouts don’t include the colors. So MAN TOGA SRS ATHR Armed since normal ops are done via the HUD and everything is green so the blue would be like armed. The RA starts at 5500 and synthetic callout at 2500.
Thanks! In the manual available on flightsimulator.com it says different, but what you say totally makes sense. Do you have any source for a proper SOP for the A400M?

Nothing you can do, it's Microsoft problem with their servers. Also all the most of the planes on Xbox are crashing, check the known MSFS24 Top Issues on their forum.
Great aircraft, really well made by ini. For the landing i can give you a tipp wich maybe helps also on the A400. On the Dash 8 Q400 Power stays on on landing, you not retard the power-levers to flight-idle. When the main gear touches down you reduce the levers to flight-idle, and with the nose gear you go to ground-idle or as it is called on the Q400 "disc", then you apply brakes and if needed you apply i tiny bit reverse but rarely max, maybe this helps on the next landing. My 2 cents for the new Sim is that MS/Asobo really need to give the opportunity back to download all the content and only imagery and photogrammetry should be streamed like before, otherwise i don't see a bright future for MSFS2024. Even when they fix it, peoples internet can't be fixed, some had already problems with MSFS2020 and needed to turn off photo imagery, and those people wished that there where at least an option to download a chosen area. Asobo should considering implementing this.
An impressive looking model, apart from one area in that the model looks like an airfix model that has just been built and painted. Where is the wear and tear on the landing gear, fusalage, around exhaust's etc for the immersion. That is my only criticism. Eveything else looks awsome.
The sim is perfectly flyable at the moment. Yes, i was there on launch, sitting before a loading screen for 5 hours, but the recent 2 days i've been able to do everything i expected to.

I tried it, seems awesome but as I fly everything like a C152, it was a tricky one . The MSFS2024 aircraft seem to have this floaty yaw effect that reminds me of XP aircraft behavior?
Hi, dunno if im missing some addons or something but I'd like to know how to get those static aircraft in the sim. As far as I have tried, I only get GA with generic liveries and some airliners completely white or with generic liveries too. Also, they spawn at a really close distance (seems I need to get a setting higher to get them to spawn from far away but I dont know) I want no traffic tho, I just want to see the statics properly. Hope someone can help me, thanks in advance!
The A400M isn’t really a C-17 competitor. It’s really more of a C-130 replacement and slots in between the two. The A400M and C-130 are tactical airlifters with shorter range missions, and often smaller and/or unpaved runways and the C-17 is a strategic airlifter with longer range missions where jet engines are more practical and is likely to use airbases with larger, hard surface runways.
Because despite the speed of your internet connection between you and your local exchange, which is what is usually mentioned, it depends on the speed between your ISP's servers and the azure cloud, so while you may have 100 mb connection, the server connection from your ISP could still be terrible.
Hello Emanuel, many A400Ms, like those from RAF, have a hard altitude callout at 150ft AGL. So you would hear every time "ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY" at that altitude. Regarding 4000ft RA: It makes sence that the Radio Altimeter is triggered earlier, in this case at 4000ft AGL. It is impirtant and very helpful in case of a tactical descend. By the way, the C-17 RA is triggered at 5000ft AGL. It makes sence when the descend rate during tactical descend is more than 30000ft per minute. There is one thing that is different in the A400M, I guess. The Retard Callout seems to be triggered in different situations. I have watched many A400M videos, and I never heard it, except one time in a fullflight A400M sim. So I think that there might be a different logic implemented compared to the Airbus jets.
This is my new favorite aircraft in 2024🙌🏻🤩 It’s like an offroad A380😅😎

Even when they fix it, peoples internet can't be fixed, some had already problems with MSFS2020 and needed to turn off photo imagery, and those people wished that there where at least an option to download a chosen area. Asobo should considering implementing this.
MERRY CHRISTMASSSSSSSSSS
Merry Christmas
Looking forward to implement refueling missio soldiers transportation army vehicles delivery etc
An impressive looking model, apart from one area in that the model looks like an airfix model that has just been built and painted. Where is the wear and tear on the landing gear, fusalage, around exhaust's etc for the immersion. That is my only criticism. Eveything else looks awsome.
I said I’ll wait until next year to buy this sim and boy what a great choice.
The sim is perfectly flyable at the moment.
Yes, i was there on launch, sitting before a loading screen for 5 hours, but the recent 2 days i've been able to do everything i expected to.
Moin Emanuel,
I tried it, seems awesome but as I fly everything like a C152, it was a tricky one . The MSFS2024 aircraft seem to have this floaty yaw effect that reminds me of XP aircraft behavior?
Giant Turbo Prop Avro 😀
1:19:18 what append to this jetway. Lol
Best IniBuilds airplane included in MSFS2024
The c17 is really laggy I don’t know hot to fix it
Which air force options does the aircraft have - which nationality markings?
The FD doesn't shows the vertical and horizontal lines in this plane?
No, it doesn’t
@@A330Driver😮. I will have to try that.. but im so used to the fd guide lines.. lol😅
How did you switch between outside and the cockpit? Is there a default key binding set?
Mine will freeze immediately after takeoff but it won’t unfreeze I have to task manager close the sim
Hi, dunno if im missing some addons or something but I'd like to know how to get those static aircraft in the sim.
As far as I have tried, I only get GA with generic liveries and some airliners completely white or with generic liveries too. Also, they spawn at a really close distance (seems I need to get a setting higher to get them to spawn from far away but I dont know)
I want no traffic tho, I just want to see the statics properly. Hope someone can help me, thanks in advance!
What's the pros and cons on this with propellers vs the C17 with jet engines?
The A400M isn’t really a C-17 competitor. It’s really more of a C-130 replacement and slots in between the two. The A400M and C-130 are tactical airlifters with shorter range missions, and often smaller and/or unpaved runways and the C-17 is a strategic airlifter with longer range missions where jet engines are more practical and is likely to use airbases with larger, hard surface runways.
What laptop specs are running MSFS 24 smoothly while also recording?
5 days and still freezes at menus - how can some fly and others of us getting nowhere. A refund looking likely best option now
It’s still a beta mate.Hang tight 👍
Because despite the speed of your internet connection between you and your local exchange, which is what is usually mentioned, it depends on the speed between your ISP's servers and the azure cloud, so while you may have 100 mb connection, the server connection from your ISP could still be terrible.
Hello Emanuel,
many A400Ms, like those from RAF, have a hard altitude callout at 150ft AGL.
So you would hear every time "ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY" at that altitude.
Regarding 4000ft RA:
It makes sence that the Radio Altimeter is triggered earlier, in this case at 4000ft AGL.
So I think that there might be a different logic implemented compared to the Airbus jets.
its a C17 with props.
What would you rate this out of 10 Captain?
For a default aircraft: 10
Against other payware aircraft in the same segment: 9.5
Against study level airliners: 6-7
