    Thank you for this...nice to see you executing . May I ask...is forward inside loop considered an element that is a pre-requisite to another element? For example, honing forward outside edges and backward inside edges will help to execute the forward outside 3 turn. So is the forward inside loop is a pre-cursor to a jump? Or execution of a step or a turn ? Or is it just a matter of controlling the inside edge?

      It is a great question. While not a direct prerequisite, the forward inside loop builds a foundation of edge quality, control, and balance, all of which are essential for more complex elements in figure skating, such as rockers, counters, and footwork sequences, Learning forward inside loops also helps with mastering spins and edge jumps.
