Grande Gino ricetta super! Ho preso spunto da questo tuo video per realizzare la MIA versione che ho pubblicato OGGI sul mio canale! 🧑🍳🤙🏻 Grazie mille per i tuoi preziosi consigli! 🤝
I hate to break it to you but pasta is a poor mans dish, same with pizza. The reason it's so popular is because it is cheap and most of Italy is not like this, just tourist spots. And if you want to go. Go on google street view. At least you can see if you like it or not. Plus, one poor man to another, it's free!
Hmmm... what to say... A little too much Al dente pasta and the sauce must be a little more thicker...and at the end a little touch of pecorino... 😍 And....Where is the glass of white wine? 😂😍 Happy New Year 2025 from a romanian woman living in Torquay Devon the English Riviera! Hugs and plenty of health and happiness, Maria-Elena 🇬🇧🇷🇴🤗👏🍾🥂🎉❤️💁♀️
Pasta isn't the main course in an Italian dinner. It goes Antipasti, Primi, Secondi and Dolce. Pasta or Risotto is usually served as Primi so it's a smaller portion, and the more substantial one is Secondi, usually with a big piece of meat. Lasagna is probably better served as a Secondi as it can be substantial portions.
You know, if you put a bit of ham in it, it would be close to british carbonara.
What about the green peas?
"If my Grandmother had wheels, she would have been a bike!" (Gino D'Acampo) 🚴 😂

Damn thats beautiful. Shame I'm far too unemployed to enjoy great food and live in a great city.

I thought fresh pasta only needed 2-4 minutes to cook vs 8? Or is pici thicker and needs more time. Was 8n Tuscany and discovered pici. Wonderful
That pasta looks extruded so it’s most likely air dried so needs to be cooked longer.
Gino looks like an Italian #TomScott. 🇬🇧
👍
I hope Gordon drops a comment in one of his videos.
Can you teach this American how to make fettuccini Alfredo cause mine tasted like just buttered noodles and was gross. Thanks

Resemble the Virgin Mary's... what...???
But if it had wheels would it be a grandmother
That will be $20 please
Why serving so little pasta on the plate? Or is it a portion for a baby??
Found the American lol

Please don't use precrushed pepper. It's already lost its spiciness. The dish will not turn out nearly as good.
That pasta water never boiled.
Bad cooks always put pasta in water that doesn't boil
