Gengsta shouldnt have leaked the comms in an ideal situation yes. But when yay publicly says that it's his teammates that needed to do more and painted himself as the good guy, you cant blame him for not sharing the reality. Ofc nobody played that part in setting up yay when he would tilt and try to bench his teammates. The other players are expected to resolve issues internally but y0y throwing money to get rid of teammates is acceptable?

Inserts basically means leaving a player in the space that the team has already taken so that if the team decides to go back to that place they don't have to worry about the opponents retaking that space and leave the insert as a lurk
Yay wanted the team to take control of B main so they can get one person to stay there for lurk (i.e "insert" probably behind the grey box on B main). After the insert, yay wanted the rest of the team to go mid.

Gengsta's laugh/scoff in the clip is literally one of the normal reactions people have to anyone being toxic and going on a rant. "Trophy, Optic, NOBODIES, loser" is showing that you do have a decent amount of bias for him instead of analyzing it objectively.
He's not insane at strats compared to everyone else, he's not that better on how to use utility than everyone else, he's not way better at teamplay than everyone else. There is no pedestal for him to stand over his teammates, and as decent teammates that pedestal shouldn't exist at all to begin with. In fact, DSG was stronger before Yay.
If you look at the clip objectively:

If you continue to fail every match you are on then your teammates will be tilted. Very unproffessional for gengsta and i hope he could be sued for this for defamation.
