ngl when I get new IEM it takes me days or even a week before they are fitted to my ear or if you get custom made ones that are fitted to your ear it takes some time for your ear and it to be used to being in your ear so makes it harder to hear the game

There's no reason to not let pros deposit their preferred equipment at the start with riot and only let them withdraw it for matches. Heck make the orgs pay for it and make them buy new sealed ones they rich anyways.

The in ears that they use is an expensive in-ears meant for sound isolation. If you bring your own then, there's a chance that the player could abuse this by bringing models that have worse noise cancellation which theoretically allows the player to listen to the crowd or even the caster. The only way Riot could potentially fix this is for them to create a custom mold for each player but as we all know the average price for those that musicians use costs at least $1000 for each person. There are 110 players right now in each league not including subs, so that's a minimum of $110,000 just for in ears which is not worth it when you consider teams change their roster all the time + new partnered team next year. The other way is for riot to enforce rule that if they want to bring their own custom in ears, it should be within the same specs/capabilities of the one riot is using which costs $800+.

while i agree riot should take care of the things that it provides to players during matches and fix issues the point of allowing players to take headset also is invalid cause headphones monitors and pc company's are typically a huge part of the money for organizing such events in my opinion any issues with such gear should be changed without changing the brand but just a custom version of their headphone for players to use/feel comfortable

Why not just customize the sizes of the buds or what not to best fit their ears for comfort? There's only so many players, it wouldn't be a huge hassle and even when we ourselves purchase earbuds or whatever we could choose and change the size of the buds.
