I'm glad Dan made the point that no hair texture is bad/unprofessional! Ao many people internalize that their hair is "bad" or messy because it is not straight and fine. His hair is beautiful and it's nice to see him embracing it.

Two words: Timothy Chalamet. He has masses of curly hair, so much so that director Denis Villeneuve said shooting Dune was a whole epic story about hair! No one has ever complained that Timothy looks unprofessional. His hair is a charming part of his character. Rishi, you’re so lucky! 😊

Anything would have been an improvement. This hc was just ok, nothing special. No blow drying, heat or diffuser. Dry naturally.
Firsthand, he MUST thank his mother everyday for that gorgeous head of hair! Secondly, Dan saying, "No that us not your natural part, that's " *no one's* natural part", made me spit out my tea laughing. Awesome cut ❤❤❤
Curls can be a challenge but Dan is right shampoo and conditioning is the most important part. Handsome young man.

I had a hairdresser once that had a sign on her station that read, "I'm a beautician, not a magician." Dan, you may not be a magician, but you're pretty darn close. These ok-looking guys walk in to your studio, and GQ models walk out.😅
he had such unrealistic goals to just fix his hair without taking out length , glad dan talked him into shortening the sides, its almost inevitable

Rishi, You have been blessed with head of gorgeous hair. Any man or woman would LOVE to have your gorgeous mane. But I LOVE how the stylist cut your hair. It's still you, but less bushy. The cut maintains the essence of what God gave you, but the stylist's talents tamed your mane to perfection! ❤❤❤
I have the same hair type as him, its a struggle because curly hair is great when you've just washed or styled it, but after a few hours it just poofs outwards like a science experiment gone wrong, anyone has any solutions?
Watch some channels specifically for curly hair. And yes, most of them are mostly women. That doesn't matter-you're looking for how to learn to handle curly hair. It's all in the products you put on it and what NOT to do-like do not brush or comb curly hair after it is dry. Type in "curly hair techniques" or "curly hair, how to take care". Watch them to learn what to do when you wash it. Life changing man.

My son always wore his hair short (not super short) as a young child. It was super straight. At 14, he decided to let it grow. Surprise! He has a head full of curls we knew nothing about. Girls were constantly telling him how much they loved his hair and would give anything to have his curls. He is also one of those boys with long, beautiful eye lashes. He’s a real heartbreaker. 🥰
