- This video covers a brief overview of the D3CRM as well as my thoughts and experience on this rig over time.
The D3CRM is made in the USA berry compliant, additionally it is one of Haley’s staple offerings not to mention likely the most popular among consumers civilian and MIL/LE alike. Comparably to other micro chest rig offerings on the market from what I’ve seen over the years the D3CRM continues to reign as king in the micro chest rig game.
(Important notice) As stated later in the video this rig does not come from the factory or distributor with a magazine insert but instead an empty pocket allowing the user to decide for themself how they want to run their kit.

Quick question: is there a way to Velcro attach mags on the sides of the rig? I decided to go with the micro, but I want to add on each side of the rig a rifle mag pouch.

@@mrjackdaniels0309 Absolutely, the way in which I’m most familiar with would be to purchase a ‘wing pouch’ multiple different companies make them. They will attach via velcro in between the rig and the nylon backer. The one that comes to mind off of the top of my head regarding magazine’s is the Sidekick by Defense Mechanisms, Ferro Concepts also makes the Wingman that will hold a radio amongst other things. Are the buckles on the side (4) removable?
Well, you would have to cut them so in a way I’d say yes. If you’re not for the permanent alteration approach then not really.
@@tacticalappalachian4259 , actually the buckles (SwiftClips) _are_ removable. They have a split in the plastic that is inside the flat loops. I wanted to remove them you'd just work the SwiftClips out. Your Spiritus Mk4 has the same flat loops (you can see them as you pull that placard off your plate carrier @5:18).
If someone wanted to remove *both* the SwiftClips *and* the loops... you are right; they'd have to cut those loops off.

Am I crazy or does Haley not sell just the placard itself? It has to be ordered with a harness right?
Yes, I do not believe there is way to order the placard alone. All their chest rigs come standard with an X Harness
@@tacticalappalachian4259 yea I was planning on piecing it together and I got the harness and definitely should have done my research because it’s not like the thorax you are stuck speaking the $185 to get it all. Which is fine it’s the best micro rig out there. I like the spiritus mk4 but Haley’s is sweet
@@C_oprator89 I have a video on the MK4 and more time behind that specific chest rig than any of the others I own, I’ll tell you that for me personally the Haley rigs are still my favorite.
Love my micro, super lightweight and minimal as a rig, very functional as a placard. Very horny stuff. Don't stop I'm almost finished.
