Thanks for sharing - very good stretches. Although it might have been better if it was slowed down a bit, it seems quite rushed. I find it easier to run it on 0.5 speed so you can do the stretches before moving onto the next. It would also been nice if she'd had a microphone connected to the camera so you can hear the instructions more clearly.
I have started running but my calf having a lot of pain how can i over come?

this stretches are before run or after run
after is my understanding. you shouldn't stretch before.

The stretches are very good but the lady is a bit annoying.
Unfortunately, these exercises have no effect what so ever. The good ones usually requires support from tables, dooropenings etc.
All these stretches should be done much slower, with controlled breathing. understanding that the utube is quick just to show the stretches.
