With deadpool i keep thinking of 'deadpool kills the marvel universe'. He knew there was an author behind everything and went to go kill them. Not saying they have him try to kill feige or anything, but more say how none of this is real, or that the other characters shouldn't be upset because it's not real. Or, have him blame the writers before anyone in the story. Like in dp2, I won't spoil but when the incident in that happens, have him just walk out of the film and over to the writers like 'WTF DID YOU DO?'
