The ADOR CEO has found herself embroiled in another controversy after screenshots of alleged KakaoTalk messages containing derogatory remarks about the group and its fans surfaced online.
The messages, which have not been independently verified were revealed on May 17th by TH-camr Lee Jin Ho. These messages were allegedly sent by Min Hee Jin to her co-Ceo in January 2024.

A petition by members was submitted before these alleged text messages lol I wonder how they feel now about their "mother", not sure if these are the text messages that was presented to the court but hybe presented blurry and nonblurry of tons of messages. I am just impressed by hybe because they don't use the media to assassinate her, they are using the legal way which is the right procedure to get done with her

For the fact that newjeans members have this mentality that they cant do without min hee jin has made me loose respect for them as kpop artist. This is just sad, don't they know how talented they are??? They can survive with or without mhj
You have to remember they aren't developed mentally yet. Your brain doesn't stop developing till you're 25 years old. Don't be to hard on the girls, mhj has groomed them to be insecure and rely solely on her especially since that whole accusation about Bang PD supposedly not noticing them or what ever. They don't have the awareness that not everyone going to notice or acknowledge them and that should be okay. Being debuting as minors/young and skyrocketing into fame is probably one of the worst situations to put anyone in because you can be easily manipulated.
Fr , if you have real passion for music then survive on your own , but we have to understand they are literal kids too right?

I don’t know if the texts are true, but look at what she said about the groups she worked with at SM! At her press conference she said, and I am paraphrasing “groups like Shinee and EXO were successful ONLY because of me.” This was in response to a question about her soured relationships with artists and with SM. It’s one thing to include yourself in a group’s success because we all know the groups don’t do it all on their own, but to essentially discredit members hard work, singing and dancing skills and the connections they make with their fans, is just wild.
She NEVER said like that. When she had an interview with cbs news, she told the interviewer that she never said those comments but people just assumed that she did because of how straightforward she talked.
And the katalk messages Are Fake!!!!!!!!!! Omg, the TH-camr 이진호 always delivered fake manipulated messages to kill his alleged target. This time, it was Minheejin.
He said 츄 was also too bossy around her staff but she wasn't. Rather she was a victim of her company!!!!! Wake up everyone.
The fact that she even mentioned SHINee makes my skin crawl!! Neither SHINee or EXO needed her to be successful.

It's pretty pathetic that people believe what either side is saying. People used to be smart and demand evidence or better yet proof before believing anything, now fans are just puppets and easily gaslit.

When you are intentionally presenting false evidence in any court system, you are liable for jail time. Those texts are as truthful as it can get. Whether judge take it as related evidence or not. You have to present as truthful and authentic.
number of lawyers will get involve this case. Their hourly rate is more than $500 / hour per a lawyer. If they see opposing lawyers presenting fake documents, they will swiftly object it and demanding for a criminal investigation.
Presenting fake documents will result losing the case which cost more than a billion dollars in this case.
Any of these law firms win the each cases they will be rewarded with millions dollars of compensation packages. SaeJong and Kim & Chang are one of the biggest rival in law firms in Korea. Last year, SaeJong won the SM ENT. cases and Kim & Chang lost it.
This week's injunction lawsuit is only the beginning. Both will fight to the teeth. It's literally a billion dollar lawsuit.
If those messages are false they'll go to jail lol. Maybe they're taking a big gamble? Who knows

It's funny how a lot of people say it's not NJ fault but also forget to understand that they have parents and not orphans. This is a case of poor parenting. There are a lot of kids younger then them that knows right from wrong

The translation to English was bad. Obviously, the members of Newjeans would support Min Hee-jin if she hated them. Admit you're being sensational to get more views, likes and comments. Min Hee-jin tried to fight a battle to protect Newjeans because she didn't think Newjeans could succeed in defending themselves in a tough industry.
Newjeans will stay a group and Min Hee-jin will stay with them because it's what Kim Minji wants - check Minji's history. HYBE knows they can't win against Minji - which is why ILLIT was created. If HYBE doesn't come to agreement with Minji, HYBE looses everything.
Minji has joined the fight, and she only collects W's. HYBE should have agreed peacefully at the beginning.

Both Min Hee-jin and Bang Si-hyuk have been making bad decisions and every story has 3 sides, his side her side and the entire truth. Ador/HYBE has to honor Minji's contract and Minji wants Min Hee-jin so Newjeans and Min Hee-jin stay together. Min Hee-jin is supported because she tried to do right - perhaps not the best method, but her heart was for Newjeans members. Besides all is forgivable.
You obviously don't understand the financial side of this story! This is business, not feelings!! She was hardly under a "salve contract". I guess millions wasn't enough for her, she wanted billions. Regardless of what she said in that shit show of a press conference, it's all about the money!
@@TheMaverickUSA I absolutely understand the financial side. If someone doesn't want billions instead of millions they have no drive. Being from the USA you should know 20% of the people do 80%of the work and are often under paid, under appreciated, and not recognized. While the 80% take credit or ride coattails. I attribute her issues to lacking business savvy to use perceived authority (without having actual authority) to get things to go her way. She needed instructions on how to fight without fighting in a business situation - she lacks confident persuasion that makes everyone want to do what you say no matter their rank in the company. If she was persuasive she would have gotten billions instead of millions. The money side is the given, the feeling are from you getting what you wanted or not. Seems you're missing the big picture - she will still get what she wants cause the 80% don't like when one of the 20% aren't happy because the 80% will have to actually work.
