It's an excellent watch that is really well executed. It looks very similar to the original 1970s model and I really like how Certina managed to reduce the thickness but retain the 1000m rating. I think it's very good value compared to other Swiss brands.
There are no plastic parts in the movement as it is a higher grade Powermatic 80. The lower grade movement with a plastic escapement is used in some Tissot watches

I think it is not exactly plastic, but there are still some parts inside. I might be wrong though. :D
