Humans are hired to manage the galaxy’s first interspecies HR department after alien alliances repeatedly break down due to miscommunication and cultural misunderstandings. Armed with team-building exercises, trust falls, and "sensitivity training," human resources professionals are deployed to mediate between warring alien species. At first, the aliens think it's a joke-until they realize that human HR jargon is as impenetrable as their own military strategies. It turns out, conflict resolution through office politics is humanity's deadliest weapon.
