Thanks! Engine is bone stock. But I did a total overhaul of the suspension/steering related components, interior has been updated, sound system, sound deadening twice all over, did the wrap myself. It drives super smooth and is really comfortable to ride in considering the age and being lowered. Car needs a new throwout bearing so am looking at getting a new clutch put it. No idea how old the current one is, so it will be good to have a fresh one.

I and currently have CARDONE 8435621 one installed. After my original quit working, I tried a brand new Duralast distributor from AutoZone and that one failed after 100 miles. So I got the Cardone one from RockAuto and I have driven the car over 500 miles so far and no issues (yet). Try Cardone brand, just get a brand new unit.
It really depends. I waited about 1 year after buying and then took it to my mechanic and had ALOT of parts, seals and gaskets replaced whether it needed to be replaced or not, I just wanted to know it was replaced. I replaced all the suspension, steering & braking components myself just so I know it is new. Would it have been okay without all that work? Who knows, maybe? The biggest reliability problem I had was the distributor. Had to replace it 3 times but this 3rd one has been good for last 1,500 miles so far. It will really depend on what kind of mileage, condition and maintenance you get the Probe in. Not a lot of people today take care of these cars.
For 5k Euros you should be able to find a Probe in good condition. Drive it for a few thousand KMs and make sure its good before you spend any money on any upgrades. Working on this car is pretty difficult and mechanics charge a lot these days.@Lietuvishka_slowed
Thanks! Nothing crazy. I replaced the mid-cat with a Vibrant resonator, got 2.5 inch exhaust piping from the manifolds all the way back and have a Magnaflow Muffler. Aside from that, just a cold air intake. Everything else is stock.

I love these cars had 3 2nd gens myself they are a blast to drive and the handling is so good.

That is a great color. Any special mix or glossed up primer? Nice soundtrack too. I miss the DE sound.

Would love to get a 2.5 v6 this summer. Is Probe reliable? My dad has one and it didn't have many major problems for about 7-8 years 🤔

You need to do something about the hood. The gap is huge! But overall, it looks good!
I had the hood popped up so I could open it while filming. No gap when closed.
