Why invite chefs that know nothing about nutritional health. If that’s the case then bring people like dr Gundry and dr hyman functional medical practitioners to the video table to have this conversation?
Absolutely not heathy.Noodles are full of starch and very salty and powder you add to is full of sugar salt and other additives. This why in Korea, China the diabetic is very high. Check up.✌🏽☝️❤️
3:52 - look for packages that hav sodium less than 600 mg and or dilute the soup base a little. Add 1/2 the pkg. 7:00 - undr 209 calories, serving sizes of 1, put fresh veggies....eggs.
Yeah they're not so good for you so don't eat them too often. I always add egg and sometimes fresh vegetables to it. The asian instant noodle are sooo good like the one from Thailand and S. Korean.
USE HALF THE SEASONING PACK the only unhealthy part is the SEASONING PACK. Be honest your ramen is full of water. Use less water and you won’t notice the less sodium. I eat one everyday and am healthy add an egg for protein. Those frozen cubed veggie mix “carrot, pease, onion packs make it a real good meal.
I misread what you said I thought u typed "I eat one everyday and I'm healthy as an egg" which actually makes sense in a way....or at least it makes sense in my mind 🤷♂️
every time i go to a doctor i get told im healthy most of my diet consisits of buldak hotsauced raman for water and veggies plus the ham and chicken swiss and mozzarella breaded cutlets i think they healthy
Is it healthy..maybe not. Customized is better. Sauté in sesame oil - mushrooms, diced red peppers, red onion, red pepper flakes. use 1/2 of packet seasoning. Add Miso to water, Cook 5 minutes. Garnish with green onion. Maybe add an egg for protein …yum and better with veggies.
I eat the insant soup mixes too but l ignore the 3 minute cooking time cook it 5 minutes. When l turn the burner off l put about a cup and a half of water in the the pot and let it sit about 15 minutes. That makes the noodles swell up bigger and take some of the starch out. Also using only about half of the packet is healthier.
This is the reality, even the national renowned doctor avoid talking about all the bad chemicals created by high heat/dry heat cooking. Look at the burn…plus the noodle is fried, acrylamide, a top carcinogenic chemical is formed in as low as 230f. Moist heat cooking(steaming, boiling, water (oil) stir fry) is what is really healthy
They are, but not in a conventional sense... they have few calories, high salt content... But they basically provide electrochemical energy, which is like turning your body into a battery. So they give you energy, but not in a conventionally understood way.
Dr oz back in malaysia aside from rice .noodle is our main dish too.we eat it almost every day lets say try our laksa sarawak and mee kolo are very popular.yummy
I have it in my pantry as a bait for mice. I check them because I know mice will eat ramen first... I also have it as a backup food. Just 100 USD and you can get 5 year's worth.
No one is going to stop eating ramen. We all know how to 'doctor' it with veggies to make it more healthy. There are plenty of other things you could be talking about like the dangers of eating too much red meat, but you don't want to upset the beef industry 🙄...so I reject all of this!
Right because ramen is found in nature and ur body loves this highly processed food. U could survive off stake, there’s something called the carnivore diet, which could be healthy. U can’t survive off ramen u would die very quick
They are not bad at all. If you dont hav food to eat you wont mind if its healthy or not. Ppl around the would have been eating them n non died from eating instant noodles. Just eat them !!
You mean since the stolen election? Who in there right mind would vote for a brain dead moron that could've been considered the same before his stroke.
the only thing natural about these instant meals is the rat that ended up in the grinder with the flour. sugar, msg, palm oil, colorants, chemicals.. don't understand why you'd want to eat that. I'd rather make a sandwich, still healthier.
soup canned soup is better if you do not have time to make it rule of thumb Dinty Moore a stew is better than noodles if you have time to slow cook potatoes mixed vegetables soup starter beef broth stew meat sirloin and some tomato sauce and diced tomatoes garlic powder onion powder chopped onion and a little I said just a little seas salt and Mrs Dash and Papa dash for soup homemade with freshest ingredients is best
As you see, this is just a show for TV to make money because they haven’t answered the questions is the noodles good for you they all just want to throw big names that people believe in because they listen to them but never answer the question are noodles good for you they keep talking about all the seasoning and all the stuff you can put in it but never answered the main question if you take noodles and you boil the noodles and eat them by themselves are they good for you? They can’t answer that question. Because first they got to make the money. And maybe one day they’ll answer the question.
'if you cant pronounce them it doesnt make them necessarily bad for ya, and it does make life a bit more efficient' These instant noodles are not good for you at all , get onto Dr Bergs page and unsubscribe to these elite rats
I can’t help but think about if we all went back 100 years ago, these foods would be a blessing.
Why invite chefs that know nothing about nutritional health. If that’s the case then bring people like dr Gundry and dr hyman functional medical practitioners to the video table to have this conversation?
They are explaining the ingredients and never talk about the nutritional value and dangers. So why again get advice from chefs.
Because they want us all to kill ourselves lol
Absolutely not heathy.Noodles are full of starch and very salty and powder you add to is full of sugar salt and other additives. This why in Korea, China the diabetic is very high. Check up.✌🏽☝️❤️
Not as high as America lmao

I don't use the seasoning that comes with it. I add my own seasoning.
Me too

I do the exact same thing WITH SRIRACHA SAUCE, BITCHES! 🌶️🥚🍜🐓❤️
I would skip all the packaged soups and seasonings and not ever listen to "chefs" who say the unpronounceable ingredients are just "food".
I love ramen but never use the seaon packet, the MSG messes with my asthma, so i use broth, n use the ramen always as a base then go from there
I add carrots and diced potatoes to my soup and dry parsley ans sometimes salchichon if I find at supermarkets, 😋
High in sodium is not really advisable to eat often .
Don't add the package flavor
@@saulserna9696 it's mostly just in the broth. if you simply don't drink the broth at the end you're fine.
@@saulserna9696 flavor makes it good tho without it very bad
@@teru797 yes sir .
@@MerhabaBenMert I know I just add very little for flavor like sprinkle it......but not the hole package..

I put in mixed veg , butter @nd Greek seasoning. I don’t usually use the flavor pack .
every time i go to a doctor i get told im healthy most of my diet consisits of buldak hotsauced raman for water and veggies plus the ham and chicken swiss and mozzarella breaded cutlets i think they healthy
i dont eat it and i aint lost in my munchies habit i eat one meal a day hot sauce veggies and raman in one and a cutlet not breakfast lunch and supper
lift weights and spicy raman is the only reason i drink water
Even without listening I would say, hell no. But I'm sure there's lots of far worse out there.
Great video, I watching this while eating instant noodles
I don't use the packet. I add me own flavering.
DoctorOz: I am so glad that you are helping us with your knowledge of how to get our lives back on track during these extremely trying times.
I don't think he is neededto tell you ramen is garbage lol
What “trying times” are you referring to?
I drain the noodles and add tuna and mayo
Is it healthy..maybe not. Customized is better. Sauté in sesame oil - mushrooms, diced red peppers, red onion, red pepper flakes. use 1/2 of packet seasoning. Add Miso to water, Cook 5 minutes. Garnish with green onion. Maybe add an egg for protein …yum and better with veggies.
OF COURSE NOT, FULL OF SODIUM, AND PRESERVATIVES🥺

I don’t eat ramen soup at all. I have found bugs in the ramen packages. 😖

onion and garlic herb, shrimp spice delicious in noodle ... water hot throw after cooking

Half a pack of ramen and fried salmon with a quarter lemon. Lose the ramen flavor packet.
I get very fat from those noodles..
Not as good as years ago
I have it in my pantry as a bait for mice. I check them because I know mice will eat ramen first...

ramen tastes great but instant, heart attack heaven
Most of that is propaganda in reality ramen isn’t that bad .

My fav i try not eat to much all time but like it
There’s that Japanese man who has eaten instant ramen noodles for years everyday and lived to 102.
Probably in Japan but here everything is full of chemicals
Like anything yummy it isn’t healthy to eat often but once in a while is fine. Have to live a little
I just drain the instant noodles and add hot sauce
Making a salmon dish out of instant noodles kind of defeats the purpose of buying instant noodles in the first place.
use it peanuts to prevent the noodle cancer rice is better noodle healthi learned some youtube noodle food education
For me its just a luxury food.
What happened to the shrimp?
they are'nt the healthiest thing. To begin with they are deep fried in oil to reach their dry state. Avoid the flavor pack or use little of the pack.😮
I love these. The calories are high but, you can eat like half the package and have 2 days food out of one package!
Says the country leading the world in obesity 😂😂😂

Dr. Oz. Is there a remedy for facial and skin moles?

Cabbage, bean sprouts, egg, shallot or gen onion with BOk choi is healthy to me lol
Kale scares me.
Vietnamese use formaldehyde in rice noodles, so it probably good idea to read the back of noodle
