I’d say the Darton. You can adjust both timing and can lean without a press. Mathews is just can lean. I imagine they’ll add the timing feature next year. That’s why I’m going to wait until next year 🤪
Mathew’s limb shift is a complete tuning system. The Darton system is a micro-tune system. It still requires swapping shims to get rid of big tears. Although darton has the cam timing adjustment.
I’ve read several conflicting views on paper tuning. If I have a tail left or tail right, tail high or low, which direction do you move things to correct the tear? Sorry I don’t mean to high jack your video, I am considering pulling the trigger on the Lift X 33
Just move it one way or the other if the tear gets better or worse then you'll know which way it's gotta go. Not hard bud come on😂 oh and tear high or low is your arrow rest adjustments only
Check out the paper tuner. It tells you right on there what to try based on the tear you are getting. There are some other things you may need to consider besides moving your cams, d loop, or rest like arrow spine. Good luck!
Chase the tail move the cam the way the tail is or opposite the point! Guy who said hight is rest only come on bud bow could not be timed right, nock point could be off or moved if your not using good strings or if they are worn out, could be a improper arrow spine for tears both ways!
@josh1wfo1 ya I was going off if everything was timed and ready to go n he just having issues with the up n down but guess we gave the know it all coming out of the woodwork. You people Crack me up
They did not address the grip issue. They still come with the same lame engagement grip and you have to buy their other grips for $100 a piece. Why do people keep saying they fixed the grip issue when they did not?
Well done review. But Darton has this bow beat all to pieces with the systems they have this year.
That's why everyone is buying them.
I would like to get this bow this year. But seeing how much of a hassle it is to change strings and how to press the bow I can’t.
Been waiting for your review
I think they measure shorter on the DL than last year because the new grip is thicker. I noticed the same thing.
Which tuning system do you prefer this or the Darton?

Podium archer mfjj made top hats that are in between the mathews sizes that are legit
I think the limb shift tech eliminates the needs for those top hats, right?
@@brentbandy3566yes but for the older bows it’s way nice
Ted was not first I am
Did you make a new TH-cam channel?

Not worth the upgrade.
They "adressed" the grip issue but still come with the original Engage and you have to buy extra grips,,🤑🤑🤮
