Can't wait for mine. 4 more weeks.
Shot one the other day. I’ve always shot Mathews so I’m conditioned to the draw cycle but I thought the rx9 ultra cycle was terrible
I have no idea. Never ever shot a Hoyt. They look great.
Where’s your Mathews LiftX review?
9 ultra is awesome. Waiting on mine now.
I'll take the Mach 33, LiftX 33 and Sequel 33 ST2 over the Hoyt.
Nope not worth it .. rx 8 is a better bow
Wrong info, each module has 3/4” adjustment
No it's a full inch. 4 quarters equals an inch.
@@jackbuendgen389congrats you can read a tape measure but that’s not how the mods work. If the top of the mod is 29” it only goes down to 28.25”
Can I order one?
7:57 awesome review! Haven’t been able to find the 2 piece quiver you mentioned anywhere. Any update on this? Thanks!
No can afford these bow prices anymore
When or where can we get a look at that quiver you mentioned?
Man… that’s niiiice!!
Good stuff!
Would be cool if Dartin would buy Martin and bring them back!
Bad music choice. And it couldn’t hear you over it
Happy Thanksgiving G4 crew! Thanks for all you hard work with is customers!
Will you review the Mach 35 and compare the numbers please
If you run the bow at 65 pounds instead of 70 will it affect the feel of the cam rollover? Or will that make the bow louder in decibles to shoot? I currently shoot 60 pounds but would like to upgrade and afraid I cannot pull a full 70 pounds
Benchmade is anti 2A boycott them
So far Darton is taking my money this year
Amen
I'd buy one if it had any of the tuning tech others have had for a long time now.
What?
We want a Mach 35 ds review 😂
@2:00 Dave Cousins told me at Kings of Archery that PSE discontinued the S2 cam.
they did discontinue this cam. sad that they did.
Se2 cam is the best
Sounds like a 22 mag
I got mine in yesterday, smoothest, most linear draw ever... very fast as well!
400 @70 27.5”@85%👍🇺🇸✅👏💪🏾
Thats a bit light imo
Who is making the strings?
darton
@ I’m not so certain about that. Do you have info from somewhere to confirm that?
@@josephfolsom2030 Darton website
@@josephfolsom2030the owner said in a video that they’re made by a popular string maker for Darton, but he didn’t want to mention the name. I think in the Lancaster video.
@@Mbtharp1 probably Gas
As I’ve said about all the other reviews on these Darton offerings, why in the world with all the technical advancements why didn’t they include a pic front mount for a sight? It would be complete.
Gotta have something to release in the next year or two lol
I Like an integrated sight mount for one reason , easy to switching out sights. I have a Mathews with Bridge lock and I can switch sights for hunting and target so easy and switch arrows that have been sighted in for that arrow setup. That the only reason . Dorton this year look like a great bow lineup
I had never thought about the off-set of the windage block. You're spot on! I'm currently shooting a Hoyt Alpha X 30" and I used the picatinny rail on the front of the riser thinking I was achieving better "center mass". I think for my next hunting bow I'm going back to a whisker biscuit for simplicity and less weight on my bow and more weight in my pocket book. I'm currently using a Hamskea Epsilon. I think the smarter dollar should be spent on sights and better balance through stabilizers. Enough of my rambling. My bow tech told me Saturday that the Darton Sequel is the bow to shoot before my next purchase.
Interested if anyone knows the answer but why are we not on the inside out precision channel anymore?
People forget this now is made with a higher quality aluminum than almost all other bows as well… Have a 35 on order. Interested to see what prime does this year as well
Great review, thanks ! Please could you weight the mass of the bow to see if the advertised one is line with the real one.
I REALLY want to try one out!
Really impressed with what Darton did this year.
Shot both of the 33 and 35. Fit and finish on the black was phenomenal. Very smooth draw and solid feel with minimal vibration. 35 was more stable than the 31 for me but I didn’t want the longer ata for hunting from stand. I ordered a 33.
Nice. Ile stick to my gas gun. That shits way to light for a long range gun imo. Be good for toting around the mountains though.
What a difference 5 months makes, with the new Sequels!
Never really a good idea levelling off the elevation turret. Very rarely is the turret level with the reticle.
I don’t have a bubble and I seem to manage to hold my head level so I’ve never considered it. Don’t look at the one on my bow either.
Good way to miss shooting up and down hill!
I see a bubble level on top of a turret in the b-roll, I'm tuned out.
I want to thank you for doing this video. My groups have gotten significantly smaller since I watched your video and concentrate on my bow hand. Thank you!
$2400 as of oct 2024
Bought a 16in 308 MPR. I've had it for a little over a year. Ive shot it twice, and still can't get less than a 3 MOA grouping with match ammo. It's been back to CA twice now so hopefully third time I a charm.
Should’ve gotten a bergara.
I recently bought a ruger, nothing special, 18in 308 and shooting well under MOA. I don't plan on buying CA again. I might do an Aero build in 6.5
@@ryanwilder9792 my uncle has bought several CA for big game out west. I am not at all impressed. I’d rather have a Bergara or a tikka. Not only was it inaccurate but the actions seemed clunky for the price tag.
@julianpennington5729 I agree. They have gone downhill.
Isn't this the same company that lobbied to make semi auto rifles illegal ?
I couldnt find anything on it.
Sadly Christensen Arms has gone downhill. They used to make great products, then all of the sudden, reviews were all bad. I hope they can recover.
What is the name of the song?
Man I’m glad to see you teaching us again Kellen! You’ve been one of my archery mentors for a long time! Keep them coming!
Hey Kellen, I feel like I know you even better after hearing your story. Looking foreword to seeing you again next time I'm down your way. Your a excellent bow tech obviously because after I had you install a new arrow rest and tune my bow I haven't needed any additional tunning ! Thank you , Jack
