Wow. Conrad Janis on trombone. George Segal on banjo. The Beverly Hills Unlisted Jazz Band, who played eight sold out performances at Carnegie Hall. Million dollar footage - absolutely unbelievable.

Ahh, the little Aussie bleeder. I remember as a kid my father driving by Bankstown airport and seeing his royal blue DC3 plane with the hills hoist mounted on top parked there. The memories, what a great bloke. 👍

Some of them don't but some of them do. Ryan O'Neal, Cheech and Chong did and Richard Crenna did. It's the more up themselves one's who don't.

How Gary McDonald managed to get into these places is beyond me, a load of 70s Hollywood actors having a party and Gary manages to just casually waltz in lol he or the crew had to have contacts of some sort.

With Ed Asner and a few other American interviews I think it takes a few sentences before they pick up Norms accent which would be very foreign to their ears and at times the punch line for them has passed, plus a lack of understanding as to what Australians laugh at(lady at the cake shop reference).Still always enjoyed Norms Tom Foolery. When segments or interviews are arranged the subjects are fully aware of what Norms all about,he's obviously playing to the viewing audience. The funniest thing I find is the initial reaction of the 'guest' to his props(tissue to stop shaving cuts and that shocking comb over)A lot have to have a 'second take' of what they're looking at.

This is so stupid. To approach Ed Asner in this way? And the others. His show was good though.Aussie, British and New Zealand honour is so different. Why only a few American sit-coms are ant good. They just don't get it.
