Hello everyone! Clear ko lang po. Kapag nailagay nyo na ung condensed milk at egg yolk, dun nyo start ung counting time ng 15-17 minutes ng pagluluto. Heat ay low-medium. Consistent paghalo para di masunog. After about 15-17 minutes, dapat ung yema ay mejo madali nang mahiwalay sa pan, sign un na ok na at pwede na tanggalin. Pagkabalot nyo shempre madikit pa, hayaan nyo lang muna ng apat na araw bago kainin. After 4 days, mamumuo ung solid crisp outside.

This is a good recipe. Too bad I overcooked mine on the first try. I would've been happy for it to be undercooked instead of over. I had to wrap a lot of chewy candy. Pay attention to the bubbles. If there are white-ish parts with bubbles at the bottom of your pan and is a bit thicker in consistency, like in 3:30 , if you look closely, turn off the heat and prep your plate if you haven't already. I watched the video 3 times and I failed to know what the key differences are for it to be done. Thanks for sharing
hi, you have very good observation and yes, what you said was true, the key is the tiny details like how the yema looks like when you scrape it off the pan, some people they give up by not getting it first try saying it doesn’t work but really, every time you do it makes you more knowledgeable on how you should do it next time, thank you for saying it precisely 😊
Will definitely make this as give-aways during the holidays. I will upgrade mine by inserting a Cashew or Pecan inside OR roll it into a log shaped candy on ground Almonds for that extra WOW effect 😋👏👌.

Ayos ang recipe mo. Dinagdagan ko lang ng 1 tbsp ng peanut butter para mas nutty. Kaso medyo na overcook ako kaya naging medyo chewy siya but still perfect!

Natawa ako😁wala sya brush. Pareho tayo kamay gamit kapag need I grease and baking dish o spatula. 😋 gagawin ko to lalagyan ko ng another ingredients like walnuts and almond 😋

Natawa ako😁wala sya brush. Pareho tayo kamay gamit kapag need I grease and baking dish o spatula. 😋 gagawin ko to lalagyan ko ng another ingredients like walnuts and almond 😋
