Thank you for showing this. I used to make years back in PI. I made it every December and bring to PNB, Escolta head office. I have lots of orders at that time, aside from it looks yummy because I dipped it into a caramelized sugar, I put it in a basket and covered with cellophane. Attractive and delicious as a gift right? You did it right👍
This reminds me when I was in 2nd grade, in Dagupan Tondo. A street away from us where almost a whole neighborhood out in the street making this classic treat, but of course I would buy them for fun and sell it in front of our house; funny because my Lola would literally yell from the top of her lungs and tell me to get back inside the house and tells me to stop buying and selling stuff as our next door neighbor ( gossips or the Marites ) might think that I am not being fed and that I need to make money to support myself; of course it was just a sarcastic joke and so I ended up eating all of it even before I could sell half of it. I just love them and I then learned how to hide my yemas from my Lola! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, I feel like I hit the jackpot this time. You have no idea how long I’ve looked for this recipe on YT many years ago ‘til I gave up! Ha ha ha! Sabi nga nila, ‘pag hinahanap ‘di mo makita… ‘wag hanapin at bigla na lang susulpot! Oh my oh my! Thanks again for sharing and God Bless! ( Hello sugar rush! Ha ha ha!)😅

i would like to ask ano pong gamit niyong condensed?
Butter...? O margarine Po??
Hi, butter po ang ginagamit ko. Thank you
Thanks for the recipe. Paano naman po Kung may dayap? Hindi ko alam Kung paano itong version na ito. Thanks po.
Alam ko na po. Gayadin Ang lime skin. Lagyan ng konting tubig. Strain. Gamitin Ang katas sa yema mix. Yan daw traditional kaysa vanilla extract.
How come your caramel doesn't harden in the pot please?
Ilang yema balls total for this recipe?
