This want viral when it first aired, and since it was Deadpool inspired, especially the intro scene, Ryan Reynolds saw it and reached out to them later, they're friends now, and Ryan is famously a dedicated stay lol, posting promotions for them on his Instagram. With the new Deadpool movie coming soon and all,, everyone kind of expects stray kids to be on the ost album for it 👀.
The whole week after this performance was like a fever dream i swear. Article after article, viral post after viral post. Everyday another celebrity was talking about them. Crazy

I am currently rewatching kingdom. And I can’t get enough of it. All the performances they did were incredible!!! Also the rap-, dance - and vocal units together with Ateez and BTOB were awesome. You really have to watch those 😊

Check out the Full cam version! I was even more fascinated by witnessing the productions, camera works and studio sets. They literally use the stage as much as possible. The kids, cameras, dancers are all running around so on point to make this amazing performance!

I really wish more people got the dozens of Deadpool references that were in this…from DMX’s ‘Gon Give it to Ya’ to the set design to all the references in the choreo. Makes Skz’s genius even sweeter…they leave no crumbs.
One of their best performances! And so cute how it connected Chan to Ryan Reynolds. Of course, everyone sort of expects an OST song from them now in Deadpool 3, and rumors have been swirling that one of SKz (I'm ASSUMING Chan) might even make a cameo appearance somewhere in the movie. My favorite part of the entire exchange between Chan and Ryan, though, was when Hugh Jackman came in after Ryan called Chris his "new favorite Australian" and Hugh responded and said something like "Now that you have Ryan for a friend, good luck. He can be a lot. Also, hi Felix." Showing that he was familiar with SKz enough to know who Felix is and that he is also from Australia. The whole exchange was just super wholesome and cute. And when Chan got to do a brief interview with Ryan about his movie Free Guy, every time he complimented him, Ryan turned it back around with "You guys are amazing! I'm a new Stay. I have so many questions for YOU."

They absolutely slayed Kingdom. They made the remixes themselves and came up with most of the concepts too. You should watch al of the performances of SKZ and Ateez
"Oh D*mn, Did you see what they just did!?!" is my exact thought in practically EVERYTHING I see from Stray Kids. (FYI this is one of my absolute Fav's from them b/c of their Genius to combine a very popular and well know Blackpink song with one of their own, and not even mentioning all the Deadpool references --- I personally like this better).

There are some full stage recordings of kingdom as well -- including of this performance -- where you can see how clever the camera angles were and how incredibly close some of the timing was. The subway set is actually inside the tank. I love all that behind the scenes stuff.

Actually, I believe the sign/speech bubble said, "JYP is an idiot" not that JYP sucks. The word was 'pabo' in Korean which means 'idiot'

At 6:33 just after Felix’s abdomen reveal, the camera zooms in on I.N. And he does his “sshh”… In choreo, he was given the option to reveal his abs as well. To my remembrance, no one knew until the performance if he was going to do it or not.

The title read romanticized says "sin ddu du ddu du" which if i remember correctly translates to "god du du du du" which i always thought was cool with them even combining the titles of gods menu and du du du du.
When Chan is talking toward the end theres a sign that comes down that says "JYP 바부" which is means "JYP idiot" or "JYP fool" i love that they even make fun of him in performances like this.
Them merging all these elements in this manner is just amazing 🤩. They are so creative and thought 🤔 provoking.
