I believe that the Felnas can only affect powers that are already active by the user. Maybe that's why Gorast was able to kill Krika by disrupting his intangibility power, because it was constantly active due to his mutation by the mutagen
This is true. The power must be active in order for it to be disrupted.

When that faded away Makuta would eventually return: "Finally back! When I get my hands on Gorax I'll- ...Where is everybody?"
I would recommend doing a video on the Kanohi Mohtrek, mask of Time Duplication, worn by Bitil, next. Was always fascinated by the concept as a child many years ago, in that it brings back past selves. As an adult the concept is even more fascinating if one is interested in physics.

We will most likely change that for future scripts to reduce confusion. The original intention was to indicate the mask was not really a “one of a kind” mask.
