Hmm... michelin restaurants seem like the experience not many people can get so its nice to see how they do stuff there. Having many different tasting experiences doesn't seem like a bad idea, and if the food amounts were much bigger, finishing all the courses would be a challenge. Great video once again, keep em coming :)
Thanks! Yeah the tasting menu is my favourite because they can really show you what they are about. But it's true they are very expensive, so for us it makes sense to record the experience!

It was about $1500 CAD for 4 people, that includes drinks, tax & a good tip.

@@No__Vanity It's not about the quantity of food, it's about the atmosphere, the freshness and quality of ingredients, the artistry in the cooking, and the next level service. $1500 is nothing for this level of cuisine plus venue.
