It's a little suspicious that this only happens in the japanese crowds..I feel like it is set up in some way. I've been to live shows in the US and the audiences aren't this coordinated, even if they are super into the show.

it's amazing, a whole crowd full of adult grown up people usually into way heavier vocals. But they do something to this music, making everyone jump and have such a good time. So much energy it brings a tear to my eye. Her vocals are very on key and clear as well. They keep blowing my mind lately.

It was until I saw these live shows (specially this one and Rondo of Nightmare at Budokan Black Night), that my mind was blown and I realized the real quality this group has. The Kami Band and Su's voice are really on another level.
Agreed. The live version always better than the video clip, because somehow they can make the crowd goes crazy. And the band performance also incredible especially the drummer to me

As someone who's had to do that before, lemme tell ya, not fun. It takes a lot of breathing technique and even more practice, careful body coordination to work with the breath and not against it, and honestly these girls look like they get a lot of good exercise to keep up with stamina and cardio so it's not as bad on them heart rate or energy wise. All in all, lots of work they definitely earn the respect they command.
well the term metal vocalist is a bit far fetched for this performance in my eyes. she sings a normal song while metal music is playing in the background. not judging her actual signing here, just saying the term might be a bit off.
she is a vocalist but she sure isnt a metal vocalist. also while youre more than free to like this music its just objectively wrong to put her singing anywhere close to the top. you can love the bands music without living in a delusion where you tell yourself the technical skills of the vocals are anywhere close to "one of the best", it simply is not. ive also never heard of a band operated by a jlabel that isnt using tracks on live performances so its a weird thing to point out to begin with. its like being a big fan of stephen king books and leave the comment "no one writes romance as well as stephen king", it simply makes no sense.

In my interpretation it says someone labelled Ramstein songs as Dance Metal, but in realy Babymetal makes Dance Metal. (Its 2 whole different type of music)
I saw them live in 2016 in Seattle (with their former member) and honestly ...it was pretty astonishing and I've been pleasantly surprised at how far they've gone and expanded over the years.

I really didnt get in to the hype back then cause sure the there was metal music but its mixed 14 yr old cute anime noises, I really cant get into it. It seems they have grown along with their music, wow. There are still idol noises but its so properly incorporated to the song now, and holy the vocals of that girl. Now that's a proper metal/idol band.

I love how the crowd participates, that's how it's supposed to be! The musicians are incredible, the girls are just loveable, adorable, and beautiful, the music is really good too, if i had the means i would travel to japan just to experience this as one of the crowd, it would be incredible! I've been to lots of rock concerts in NC, TN, everyone from AC/DC (5times) motley crue, cinderella, ozzy, metallica, sepultura, alice in chains, cinderella, faster pussycat, ffdp, guns n roses, white lion, and many others, but never experienced anyth ing like what im seeing here, this is just perfection in music entertainment ❤❤❤BabyM love you!
