Actually North Indians are ignorant about South. South mein zyada nonveg ki variety hai. Pakistan se bhi zyada variety hai nonveg ki India mein, abhi toh aapne 5% bhi nahi dekha.
Bhai.. aisa nai hai.. Jo khane ke shaukeen hai.. wo har jagah ke khane ke shaukeen hote hai... Baki Kuye ke medhoko ki baat main nai krta... Ki Chennai jaakar v Punjabi khana hi khana hai.. toh bhai tu Delhi se bahar mat hi nikal.
True Kerala from South to Hyderabad Telengana in the north each state has its distinct non vegetarian cuisine . And they eat even exotic meats like rabbits .

You should've visited West Bengal bro, foods in this part of India is underrated & deserves more recognition, there are lots of unique fish curries and vegetarian dishes. Mutton and lamb are also delicious in parts of West Bengal, it's similar to Aloo Gosht, we call it Mangshor Jhol/Kosha Mangsho, try these during your next visit. Love from India ❤❤🙏🏻

5:55 Chandni Chowk's paranthe wali gali is overrated. I never liked the parathas there. Jama Masjid side has good non veg food but the heat and crowd of delhi makes it unbearable to enjoy it much. There are much better places to eat in South Delhi and Central Delhi. I never quite liked Old Delhi. Its so overcrowded, chaotic, no sense of traffic 🙈

Goregaon is a suburb of Mumbai and Gurgaon/Gurugram is near Delhi (part of Delhi NCR, but from Hariyana State). In Goregaon there is a film city where many Bollywood, Marathi films and TV serials are shot. Gurgaon is an IT hub.

Bhel puri is an amazing dish, just that u dont have them in Bangalore or Delhi. Its best had in Mumbai. Both Delhi and Bangalore cannot come close to the chaats available in Mumbai. Maube thats why u felt bhel is over rated.

Best non-veg is always from Karachi (KHI), Indian non-veg is distant behind.
I'm born and raised in Delhi, tried, tasted and tested in every corner of India (all famous non-veg cities in India), studied in Mangalore (4-years)....... But still no non-veg Food beats the Karachi food. I've been to Pakistan a couple of times, have lots of friends from Karachi (KHI), Burns Road and overall, KHI is the Best of the Best in this World for South Asian non-veg dishes (Pakistanis don't know how to cook vegetarian dishes).........👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😊😊😊😊😊
Of course, my India has a good non-veg Food at every corner of the country, I tried and tasted myself, but KHI scores it over India.

You miss "KARIM" Restaurant in Delhi...........
True..the Khansamas to the Mughals started the restaurant and is now run by their generations . Food is very oily / ghee though .

Nalanda university re-establish huya aap jurur Nalanda university visit ki jiye.
It is always better to get authentic food from the region where it belongs to. Please when you are in Mumbai, please try Paav Bhaaji and Vada Paav from different places. These 2 street foods were invented in Mumbai itself. Other than that you can also try bhel puri and chaat items, Misal Paav, and nonveg and seafood items from the Konkan coast of Maharashtra like Agari and Malvani seafood, they have peculiar tastes. Try Surmai Fry, Pomfret Fry, Prawns rice, Sol Kadhi. Also try Marathi daily foods like Jawar Bhaakari and Zunka (made of besan flour), chutney, Mataki Usal, Baingan Sabzi, Birade Usal, Masoor Usal, Bhaajani Thalipeeth, Aloo Vadi, Kothimbir Vadi.... OMG I don't know how many items I should list here !
You should also try the Maharashtrian Thaali items involving Marathi sweets like Puran Poli, Modak, Aamras, Shrikhand and so on. I think you have not tried Thaali from any region till now. Thaali is the best way to know about food of any particular region of India, but the thaali should be authentic. Then you will enjoy it like anything !!

You are very warm host. Next time, don't forget to visit Amritsar, lahore's younger twin. And then compare cuisines of both.

Bhelpuri is famous from Mumbai. When you will have bhelpuri in Mumbai your rating will be change.
It is famous from Maharashtra, not only Mumbai. The best taste of Bhelpuri I have eaten till now is from Pune, Mumbai bhel is very commercial and less in quantity. Also other cities have their own types of Bhel Puri, like the Bhel Puri from Solapur where they add spring onion into Tadka murmura. One of the best sukha bhel.

Even in my own city Ujjain,MP if you will taste the bhelpuri of Porwal you will get surprised. In India every cities have different flavour of same dish. This is the magic of Indian food culture.
Please try non vegetarian of various states of India before comparing with any other country . Possibility only US has a few different cuisines . India has many more . Most in the world. We even have Indian Chinese which is better than Chinese Chinese. And colonial cuisine lives in Kolkata that is basically western cuisine . Portuguese and French cuisine is also found in ex colonies. And Mughlai , Avadhi , Hyderabadi Navabi was born here too .😂
