Congrats on your new system! Thank you for the review and have fun gaming ♥
Thank you so much! There's no more low FPS with this masterpiece of a system!
I just bought mine, I cant wait till it gets here!
This computer is a beast, I have the 13th gen i9 with the Rtx 4070 ti. It eats starfield up and spits it out in ultra, 3840 X 2160 144Hz
i agree!!! im really enjoying this!!
thinking about buying the same. 4070ti is probably best for 1440p 144hz? Not worth getting 4080?
@@QuikSnoopy like I said, this thing is a beast at any settings. I keep it a little low as I don't like to over abuse my tech
@@smilingskull7827 you recommend i9 or is i7 good with the 4070 ti too?
@@QuikSnoopy I took the i9 for future apps like Adobe and 3d rendering. I believe the i7 is also great for gaming. The other factor, tech support is second to none and customer service is top notch.

i plan on going with this because it's a budget build with great parts, and offers peripherals without breaking my budget into next week. and I also heard it's upgradable, which is very much what I need if I want to get better stuff in the future.
yeah!! i def still highly recommend it!
@@ScottsHonestReviews i decided to go with the cyberware option, since this pc has a non-modular 700 watt psu, and theirs has a 1000 watt psu. So less power problems if i upgrade.
Good review Scott, thanks for sharing, God bless !
thank you! god bless you too
Was gonna hold off on this pc because of the size but i actually love the size now. The space makes it super easy to add upgrades and maneuver around in there
im excited for both of us..
Impressive video!
I’m planning on getting this as a gift for my dad.
i can Def say your dad will LOVE THIS
I have this exact build. Can handle 4k, but 1440p on an OLED monitor gives the best balance of performance and quality in my opinion.
Just ordered the iBUYPOWER Y40BG201 which comes with a RTX 4090 and i9-13900kf cpu. A bit overkill but hey it’s a 4090! Can’t wait for it to come in!
your going to love it!!!!
@@ScottsHonestReviews *you're
I am thinking of buying that? do you think the 32 gb ram is enough for like the future?
@@jaypurohit2036 plenty until you choose to upgrade your cpu and GPU.
Nices i planning to buy this pc for game and personal use
if i could give it a 100 Star rating i would its well worth it
thinking of upgrading my my Dell G5 with an i7 10700F, 16gb and RTX 2060 6gb
But 2k is a hefty purchase. Is it even worth it? and how many years you think you can get out this before any upgrades?
Same case and GPU, but with the i9 13900KF is on IBP's website for $1700 rn
I'm thinking about buying this tomorrow. I am concerned about the temp issues with the i9 CPU model it comes with. Have you had any problems with heat?
i personally have had no issues, its been running flawlessly for us, we added more ram thats all there is room for more fans we may add but we have not needed to yet
What's your opinion on the ibuy y40 with i7 13700kf. Rtx4070, 32gb ddr5 ram, 1tb nvme ssd, 700w power supply, liquid cooled. It's a little cheaper than the i913900kf and it's on sale at best buy right now
the i7 13k is still a good CPU so you should still be able to do a lot of stuff, i do recommend getting 2 more fans to install to help with cooling and when your gaming game on MED quality settings but besides that its still a good one
@ScottsHonestReviews ok thanks. Do you say to run on medium because it runs hot on high?
Hey Scott, nice review, could you pass on your temps for the CPU-GPU. Thanks in advance
Hey there, I bought this pc a little while ago. After studying it for a while, my average idle temp is usually around 31-35c and under huge load is around 45-50 sometimes peaking around 55 but GREAT for the price
What’s the safest way to remove the foam inside the PC
I'm going to buy the same PC, but with rtx 4070 ti and ryzen 9 7900x. So, my question is about the graphics card.
I see you have an rtx 4070, but why are there only two fans? Will I get the same version with two fans in the rtx 4070 Ti? Thanks for the review btw
mostlikly yes, i know it shows 3 but i think thats just some generic photo of the card. the use. the GPU stays pretty cold i thing adding maybe 2 other fans on the top would better help keep the whole pc cool or you can do what a lot of people do, a lot of people remove the side glass to have the unit open if they know they are gaming a lot :D
Thanks for answering). I have already checked this information. They use PNY graphics cards. And pny produces the rtx 4070 TI with only three coolers.
So, how is it? Do you have any problems with your PC? Is it worth it?
And about the lid. I think it should not be left open because the air will not circulate properly. The best solution would be to add coolers on top as you said. Damn, I'm already in love with this computer, although I haven't even bought it yet))
Put it this way I spent 2900 building my old PC and this PC performs better honestly for the price it's hard to beat you can play most AAA title games
The iBUYPOWER - Y60 Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 9 7900X one says specified use: gaming (instead of personal, business ect) Is there a difference between this one n the Pro Intel?
this is the one i personally bought amzn.to/3PC6qEu and i LOVE IT for gaming and for Everything else. The ryzen 9 basically says gaming because its not really designed for business like Running multiple programs at one time or multi tasking lots of websites/programs so the ryzen 9 would be great for just gaming, you can still do website / youtube ect just not as many programs at 1 time, this one here is under 1k and can game + handle multi tasking amzn.to/3tiYMYc if all you want is Gaming the ryzen 9 is great but if you want more i recommend either of the 2 i just showed and the first one i personally own and LOVE
Is that a portable storage on top of the pc in the intro I was wondering if I could plug mine up when I get one
Yeah :)
This is a water cooling system right? Do you need to maintain the water cooling or it's automatic?
its automatic from what im told :)
I want to play current gen games and emulate all the old ones from my childhood, WILL THIS DO??!!!
yes it can handle that
I just got the 4070ti i9 13900KF what monitor do you recommend to get its full potential FPS on games like Fortnite? Thank you
i personally have These 3 connected and Love them all so any of these you would be happy with, #1 = amzn.to/48qMGv0 #2 = amzn.to/3Nv9gur # 3 = amzn.to/3vab06f
Did you pay for the pro wiring cause i kinda want to know if they would replace the 12-24 pin for the gpu for something a little more athestic i just dont have the time to buy my own no more so was curious
Might be a dumb question but is this upgradeable? Like in terms of power supply and motherboard? I have an old Acer prebuilt but the motherboard can’t be swapped out cuz of the case
yeah you can :) ram, gpu , motherboard , cpu , fans, ect there is even room to go bigger
Thanks so much! planning to get the pc soon hopefully 🙏
I got the one with the 4060 ti, how do you think it is?
it should perform pretty good! maybe add 2 extra fans and 2 extra ram sticks ( ram memory if yours only came with 1 ) and you should be good!
I am looking to buy the one of these as my first gaming PC, what kind of power supply does it use?
honestly im not sure what power supply it uses but i can say so far still its the best pc i ever reviewed, i have 3 monitors connected to it running at least 16 hours per day, i can Game while having other monitors on doing other work, i have like 50 web pages open while gaming with my business ect its amazing
I bought the same computer
Hoping someone would make a review about it I don’t know much about computers
Is there any upgrades you’ll recommend?
really right out of the box! i added these amzn.to/3LtFohb for more memory and something i plan on doing is adding 1 or 2 more fans to help the system cool off. but besides that its a great system!
What fans do you recommend?
amzn.to/3Zps9nm if your into RGB fans these are pretty cheap 19$ with 20% off coupon @@rarestatt5547
I can’t wait to buy this pc
best prebuilt PC ive ever bought!! im still loving it
@@ScottsHonestReviewsthat’s great! How are the temps?
Yoo I’m considering buying this but I am worried about how long it will last in terms of the fans and the thermal paste and all that so is it still lasting at the moment? I know eventually I’ll have to suck it up and just learn how to upgrade stuff inside it on my own
honestly its BUILT REALLY solid, i LOVE IT as much as the first day its amazing
@@ScottsHonestReviews ah so it’s still working just fine?
yeah :) so far we just added more Ram nothing else yet
Should perform great with a 1440 or a 4K ultrawide correct? whole reason i got it got sim racing
yeah :) i actually have it hooked up to 3 monitors atm , 4k , a 2k and i think a 1440 for my business
what's the thing to the left of the system? plugged in the beginning
on top its a external hard drive. to the left is the monitor, to the right in a power station which is powering everything
There are some dudes on my local marketplace selling these prebuilds for $1100. idk how they're able to sell it at such a price where there 14700k + 4070 alone is already worth around 1k.
A lot of guys swap out some of the parts for knock offs and sell the original parts and make bank, it's a good side business for crooks lol so if your buying one it's always good to open it up and look over everything! If it's legit then heck I'd buy 3 and resell lol
@@ScottsHonestReviews the crazy thing is that these guys are legit. I build and flip pcs as a side hustle, but since these guys entered the market, they be saturating the market with these crazy deals.
heck id buy them take the parts , make your own pre-builds! crazy deal for 1100!
I really want this machine, but I don't see what motherboard it has. Anyone?
I bought this and rhe graphics card came uninstalled and when i plugged it in there was no cable from the power supply to the GPU what do i do
Where did you buy it from? If amazon def return it
Im thinking of buying but that 2000 price tag when better known brands are around this price point. I might take a chance on it cause im tired of looking
spending 2k on this was the best Choice ive made on tech in a long time, i added more Ram cards just cause i could and thats all ive done so far and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
Trust me bro you won't regret it. I have one with a Ryzen 7 7700x, Rtx 4060ti, 32gb DDR5 ram at 5200mhz, and 2tb power supply and it's a monster at any game I try to play
@@meechieflow_ How much was yours? I'm thinking of buying one with a Ryzen 7700x and rtx 4070 ti super
@@CarolinaPride95 I paid $1500 before tax for mine. Yours would obviously be more with the 4070ti super. I just bought a new PC a few days ago with an I9 12900k and a 4070ti. So im gonna be selling the old one now
can you change the color for the lights easliy?
yeah :) it all works with a built in app
Ahh…that plastic peel though!
This is the pc I have now: Y60 Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 7700X - 32GB DDR5 RAM - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Ti 8GB - 2TB NVMe SSD - Black
So is this pc a solid pc for streaming editing and rendering videos? Or am I just day dreaming
i love it for editing and streaming!
Guys I’m looking to get into pc gaming but don’t know where to start is this a good start and if yes could someone recommend what spec to go for on it ( what cpu) and graphics card? Thanks !!!
this is the one and specs i went with amzn.to/3OZU7SL and i love it its been the best pc ive ever owned! but most of those specs on the listing will work fine basically the lower the value the less it will perform
@@ScottsHonestReviews thanks Scott much appreciated!!
yw!
Does the gpu have to be vertically mounted could I make it horizontal?
if you want to customize it that shouldnt be a issue
I just got mines this morning I turn it on and the red and orange light come on for like 1-2 Minutes then power on
check all the connections inside, sometimes when you remove the foam piece inside the unit it can bend or unplug or damage some of the connectors
Can someone please explain to a newbie like me, the y40 come with a 16gb graphics card and the y60 has a 8gb. Do I need the extra if I am not a content creator?
If your not doing content or editing or super heavy gaming the 8 will be fine
I'm getting the same system that has 64 GB of Ram.The guy wants 1300 for cash.Is it worth it?
as long as he didnt take parts out, a lot of people will buy this system swap the parts for fake knock offs then re-sell, if its legit then 1300 is a steal
How do you add fans on top of
they have mounting spots so you just need scrws or you can get 120mm magnetic fans that just stick right on the frame at the top
@@ScottsHonestReviews Do you perhaps know what wattage the Power Supply has?
I found the same pc but it has a I9 14900kf with a rtx 4070ti super and it is cheaper
iBUYPOWER Y60 Black Gaming Desktop PC - Intel Core i9 14900KF - GeForce RTX 4070Ti Super 16GB - 32GB DDR5 RAM - 2TB NVMe - Black
I just got this one, is it good brother?
I think so, it should give you enough power for most things!
@@ScottsHonestReviews CLX - SET Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i9-13900KF - 64GB Memory - NVIDIA
GeForce RTX 4070 - 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD +
6TB HDD - Black
Do you think this will be better at $2500?
basically if you plan on running Many programs at once, and you WANT MASSIVE storage for installed 100+ games then yes but if your not using it for a business or planning on downloading a crazy amount of games then i wouldnt spend the $
@@ScottsHonestReviews i see, it just storage for $ diff
pretty much! :D you get double the ram which is good for multi tasking but 32gb is enough for most people on the 1st one
Is it upgradable to 64 gigs of ram
yes :) we added ours to 64gb now
Do you have a link of the RAM you used to upgrade it with?@@ScottsHonestReviews
How do I change the rgb?
you will need to use or download the corsair app on your pc
@@ScottsHonestReviews someone told me that it’s a pre installed app
yes it can be! if you open your windows search bar and type in corsair or iQue, if not u can download it here www.corsair.com/us/en
What's the power supply?
750 to 850 - depends what they put in when they have the parts..
