We always had a standing joke about the Caernarvon Castle being the pub for retired gentlemen. Retired Armed forces officers reminiscing about their days in the forces. To give an indication of how high they ranked the conversation went something like this........."So I said to the Air Vice Marshall and he said 'Yes Sir!"
Thanks a lot mate. I made this such a long time ago, the price has most likely increased. Lol I think when I actually make new stuff its going to be a lot better in a few areas. My camera broke while filming wirral walking wonder's 6 so I couldn't do things I wanted so I stopped filming. I'll have it sorted this week.
I really enjoyed this. The Carnarvon Castle and Swan are where I did much of my apprentice drinking 50+ years ago and at Landican I've said my usually not very fond farewells to most of my relatives.
Not a beer drinker but as ex Wirral resident I'm enjoying your video tours of different places!
Thanks mate

Interesting stuff. We had a lot of high level people
You need to go to The Wheatsheaf in Raby. It's known as The Thatch to the locals because it has a thatched roof. It's one of the oldest pubs around👍
I'll do it next drinking video
Great video Liam, keep them coming!

I drank in the Poulton Vics in Wallasey and my last pint of bitter as a member, was £2.20 the club is a well decorated comfortable friendly place.
Still fairly cheap in there if it's where I think it is
Tim Taylors Landlord is CAMRA 4X champion beer for a good reason. Excellent choice and great looking pub. Noticeable step up in editing🍺 Good one.
Thanks mate.
