I don't get why people are so surprised by Hyoyeon in this show...as if she's suddenly a great performer.
Hyoyeon has always been great in SNSD as a vocalist and dancer. She's just more confident in her dance than her vocals :)
In a girl group with 5 fantastic vocal line it's hard to stand out but SNSD have done several powerful songs as well.
Anyway, like always she did another fantastic performance and she's also even more confident in her own voice.
and it really shows.
But her Rap vocal really stand out in SNSD, I don't know why people don't realize it just by listening to those songs.
It just goes to show that every SNSD have great stage presence cuz when we watch them they just shine individually, but here, with Hyoyeon being a veteran at performing, it is no surprise that people will notice her instantly especially her singing since she is not the main vocal in SNSD she does not have the chance to let her voice shine but her dance do

@@LoveJaneyyy The sad truth is that people usually focus on the vocal line a bit too much I feel like. Yes Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung and yoona may not be as good as the vocal line at singing, but they're still really good. I know that people seem to think that SNSD has a rap line but they've only rapped in a few songs.
I think it was around The Boys era when they started to rap a little. I'd recommend to listen to their music and read the lyrics at the same timee, then you'll hear their voices even more clear. :)

Wow, really Ailee and Sleeq's performance touched me so much and after learning the menaing it touched me even more i kept repeating the performance and with Witch omg they are so powerful now i will be repeating that performance all day jajaja
thankfully I had subtitles right away when I watched Ailee&Sleeq's performance, because I agree it's even more touching.

I just caught up on Good Girl yesterday and then watched these reactions. "Don't Cry" made me tear up (Sleeq and AIlee combination was everything I never knew I needed), "9 Lives" gave me goosebumps (as expected of Queen Hyolyn) and "Witch" was the type of song and performance I hoped it to see the members of the show perform as a group. I need a special project group with those 5 now lol. I want an entire mini album!
