I thought he was ex special forces as well, but about 2 weeks ago he posted on his IG story a message talking about how he did an interview for dailymail as a way to take the attention off of him and hoping all the questions about him that he's willing to share are answered.
He also said the rumor of him being ex special forces was just a rumor and he was not special forces. He has since gone underground again because of too much attention on him and not his training, which is what he didn't want. Kind of sucks we don't get to see his training now.

I've been following this guy for years and Noone has even said how bad ass he really is. and he never shown his face once for those years. no vanity. his videos were the video definition of " hey, check this out" he wanted to show the act instead of the man. he is a dieing breed of man. have tons of kids homie. the world needs them
The issue is over 6'5 the problems with the machines begin. Fitting in ordinary gym machines with 6'8 or even more can be forgotten. Check out the Dutch Giant he's 7'2 and fits in almost non of the gym machines.

I’m 6’7 and I feel this too. And LOT of the leg extension machines do not work for me.
@@LukeSly91 free weights and big cable machines are a good choice for me. When you use very thick Manschette around the handle you have a more stable grip. Building a bigger squatting rack if you have metal work equipment is also quite easy. I know this is all suboptimal and requires additional skills, tools and space, but we can work around this. Would be great if there is a yt channel prioritizing tall guys were they show strategies for tall guys of 6'3 or 6'5+. Like building your own equipment, health stuff like the joints etc.
He'll, even at 6'2 some machines just don't feel like they fit my arm length. I can only imagine 7'2, good lord.
i’m only about 6’2 and even i mostly just do free weights and cables. there’s only a couple machines i use and even then i have to adjust the settings to the lowest setting to accommodate my height
prolly for the better tho, because at 18 i’m better built and stronger than most 25 year olds i see
