She was the one who made mhirimah's life miserable, forcing her to marry a man she didn't love and who would have suited better, in fact, hürrem herself, turning her into a bitter woman who chose a devil (in the kösem series) like safiye.

What I don't understand about this series why all of Suleiman's sisters are hostile to hurrem? They keep blaming her and so and so but the people sorrounds them are not even loyal. The other one was the reason why their mother died because of the affair "nigar". Hatice knew that Ibrahim was killed because of his betrayal but blamed hurrem for it. Hatice know that mahidevran tried to take and endangered them when sultan Suleiman fell sick because she wants to put Mustafa on the throne, she doesn't care what will happen to the valide sultan. Well Suleiman told fatma that hurrem is not An angel but nobody is, what hurrem has is absolute loyalty and that's true.
It's just for the drama. Series is garbage.

Esmahan is mihrimahs cousin, Shahs daughter. Esmahan insulted mihrimah in hamam and mihrimah slapped her which caused esmahan to be injured. Esmahan to revenger her, stole a letter of Bali bey to mihrimah from mihrimahs chambers and gave it to harem to humiliate mihrimah but as there was no names mentioned on letter, mihrimah said to the concubines that this letter belongs to esmahan and that they should not insult esmahan.

The Sultan is away at war, His wife in in charge of the Harem. If you want to support in time of need go talk to her and organise something not behind her back, she purposefully did that to cause everyone to take sides.
The previous campaign she threw Sehzade Mustafa into the fire 🔥 and now she's out here causing issues again without realising that Sultan Suleiman will in the end doubt her for it. Even after the Sultan returns and exiles Hurrem, he brings her back later, he understands she did everything she did because she endured so much at his families hands before during previous campaigns.
Shah Sultan likes to think she's smart but she keeps doing what her sisters and mother did, making it obvious and easier for Sultan Suleiman to feel for his beloved and forgive her in the end.

Shah was rigt about Hürrem being proudful . Hürrem's pride is what ruins everything for her , and beings chaos to everything.

But when you think about it, without law and order, there will be chaos. Hurrem made them give back the gold because it was not the time to pay the concubines. There are certain rules in the harem that are to be followed and enforced. Hurrem is doing what should be done, and she is the one who oversees and handles the harem, so what she did is right. It seems like she's going against Shah, but what she did sets an example for everyone.

And shah was acting beyond her authority by overstepping Hurrem. And for what? To prove that she had more power than Hurrem just because she's got royal blood? Suleyman entrusted Hurrem to oversee and manage the entire harem. She gets to have the final say in all matters related to the harem. Shah sticking her nose where it doesn't belong and constantly trying to override and undermine Hurrem in front of the other concubines is inappropriate and disrespectful. She's not the Valide. Suleyman's sisters were too full of themselves. As the official wife of Suleyman, Hurrem is the Empress of the Ottoman empire. Doesn't matter if she started off as a slave. She was his lawful wife and the mother of his children. His sisters should respect that. I don't know why she has to bow down to them according to the show but I doubt she had to do it in real life.
