Thanks, Kathleen. These are certainly a case of trash to treasure! Absolutely awesome results and it’s always such a pleasure for me to watch you in action, dear friend! 😀💞
Hi Kathleen. I bet you were excited when you saw that beautiful watch image on that junk mail envelope. What great friends you have to collect ephemera for you--and cut the proper end of the envelopes. ;-) I always enjoy watching you work on a project. Sometimes I can anticipate what you will do next, and other times you surprise me by doing something unexpected--to me anyway. Both pieces turned out so good and look great under that belly band. Thanks for taking us along as you worked on this page. It was fun.
What a great envelope that was! It was just the perfect piece to fussy cut and use. I love the way you created that journal card. Have a wonderful day!
These turned out lovely. My instinct has been to round the corners on items in a bellyband, but I never had a reason for doing so. I’m glad to learn that it actually is a useful thing to do.
Love it all but two things I picked up - spraying the oxide and it will fall into the sanded parts when you wipe it off and the little oval paper plate you bend over and used to secure the extra journaling space - love your ideas Kathleen - thank you!!
love your work! I have just started watching your work my mom told me about your videos. can you list your materials please? im new to this and would love to know the names of things like what color distress ink you used and what type of paint was that you used ? thank you so much :)
It never ceases to amaze me the way you come up with the perfect combination of elements. I love these cards!

Thanks so much Linda! I’m happy to have you along! Yes, I have great friends - this friend gets the best junk mail, much better than mine, haha.
Better than mine, too, from what I've seen, especially the envelope with that watch on it. That's probably the best I've seen yet. @@BeAgainBooks
