The best on CF / GF Filament are the small particle you get into the air by handling it. I highly recommend to wear a mask / gloves when you work with this filament. I have an enclosure on my printer and the printer is atm in my basement with a separate room air filter. I would never print this shit inside my room especially engineering materials like ABS/ASA.
Thanks so much 😊! Not sure if I'll make a macro pad soon. While it's a great use case and I would definitely recommend starting with something like this rather than a full-size keyboard, for me, it's the ease of software for configuration that would get me to a steam deck or something...
I started printing ABS and PA6 cf and gf variants on my open bed slinger, it does wonders even without a heated enclosure
Yeah and there's glass fibre as well, which I often feel stingy when touching them directly. I use latex or normal gloves all the time for those.
Yeah definitely. I also have latex gloves but bought thicker ones since I wasn't sure if the CF wouldn't just pierce the thin latex...
This carbon fibers are literally everywhere after printing. In your hands, hair, nose. Better not print it at home!
Got my p1s a few weeks ago i really like it! I love your vids
Nice ! do you mostly print PLA and stuff like that or more advanced filaments, too ?

nice video 👍 also liked your video about the handwired keyboard would you be interested in making a macropad too?

Great vid. I might need to find a way to keep my P1S chamber nice and toasty for those PAHT-CF/PPA-CF filaments 😂
Hope you get it to work! PPA Cf was really insane in terms of the quality and stiffness
Bro needs to go viral asap
Fr before I looked I assumed he had like 500k+ subs
Thanks so much 😊 We're getting there (just very slowly 😉 )
PETG without CF is a royal pain to print with.
Yeah that's one of those advantages I didn't know about CF filaments before making this video that it can really make printing easier...
