Can somebody please tell me as a common man what is the procedure to get the permission to be inside a loco engine. I don't aim to get into Shatabdi but, but any train is ok for me.
Olden days fuel like coal & Diesel gets consumed more by traveling speed so the fares use to be high... But now the same electricity is used for all variants still there is fare difference.
