We need to say 'I don't know' more often.
Why? Because it's the key to being unstuck.
Many times, we're afraid of what we don't understand and we automatically reject it.
We judge it and label it as something aweful or bad but, I invite you, right now, that instead of rejecting what God brings in your life, we have the humility to say 'I don't know'.

Emotions, as we grow, new emotions are introduced to us. It took me some time to process and move gracefully to new emotions. I would have a really hard time and reject them or hold them firmly, criticize myself, search and gather all info from people and anywhere and tell myself that I have to know this immediately, what am I feeling? Leading me to shutting people out or irritated, confused, and overwhelmed. I found my solution! When all my efforts seem to be forcing things, I let go and I surrender telling the Lord that in His time, He will teach me. He will equip me to understand what is going on. Well now, He did, He actually did.
