For me, this mission is buggy as hell. At some point, land trade routes just stopped working, and then everyone straight up just moved out of my massive city. I restarted but the same thing happened. The land trade stopped AFTER I connected my city to the kingdom road, which is weird. The traders say that my city isn't willing to trade, when it is. BTW, I dont know if there's been an update or something, but you can make tonnes of papyrus with just one reed gatherer, and you can feed your whole city with just 2 fishing wharfes.
You can not grow grain, which makes straw which is needed to make bricks. Money was not much an issue and it was easier to just import bricks. I'll need to go review the mission since I can't remember off the top of my head, but if straw is a viable, easy to import option I would definitely go in on it in future playthroughs.
I’ve built both monuments but I need 17 rating but won’t move from 12. Don’t tell me I’ve got to restart this bloody mission! Got everything done for the mission, sitting on nearly 50k dbs while waiting..
That is what I saw as well. In normal Pharaoh you could use archers to take them out, or just try to wall them off. I will have to see how later missions pan out with predators.
Humm... Check your chief overseer. Did wages go up in the kingdom and did you not match it? Check the city sentiment. If they have access to food, water, and so on there has to be a specific reason they are mad.

When i start to build my city, people are not going to the papyrus making zone. I always need to put some houses next to it… is this normal?

Think crocodiles are bugged, the police don't seem to deal with them properly
